Excellent Home Gym
This suspension training kit is first rate: well made, strong, and comfortable to use. There are many alternative versions on e-bay but most of them are being sold by far eastern suppliers claiming to be in the UK, hence their long delivery times. This kit arrived a day earlier than scheduled, around four days.
I’ve only been using the kit for a week: I’ve been watching on line videos to get ideas on technique and exercises and have put together my own, 8 exercise, 40 minute routine. I was a regular gym user before lock down but combining aerobic exercise, by running and cycling, combined with this work out programme is proving as good and cheaper. I have suspended the straps from roof joists in the garage but the kit cones with an attachment that can be used on a secure and strong door frame, or attached to any high and strong point.
