FRAUDULENT
The product was very uncomfortable for me. I asked to return it on March 2nd. It took them until March 14th to respond--and that was after I followed up 3 times. When they finally sent all the instructions and the mailing label, I returned the pillow in late March. I have STILL not heard anything about the confirmation of its receipt even though I have followed up four times. It is now mid MAY and I am still being charged for my installment payments and cannot get a hold of anyone at the company.
