While I have enjoyed my experience with prompt throughout the year and find their editirs to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wanted to acknowledge a specific situation that happened this week. Personally, I was burned out and running out of time and needed help. I had an appointment at 6 PM and I reached out to Prompt at 12 noon and basically begged for some same day help! Ben answered my email immediately and was incredibly responsive, understanding, and worked his magic to get my essays to an editor asap. They were reviewed before my meeting! It was just one of those days and I was incredibly grateful to have Prompt on my side and for their flexibility. 5 star service for sure. Thank you!

I'm a college consultant, and I use Prompt for my students' essays. It's by far the most valuable resource I use in my practice. The writing coaches offer clear, actionable feedback in a kind and encouraging manner, no matter how rough the draft may be! I'm also impressed by their turnaround time, and by how responsive they are when I've reached out with questions or concerns.

I came across Prompt when applying for colleges. Not only did they get me into top universities, they helped to improve my writing tremendously, even though I was already a great writer. The coaches are amazing and you are supported all the way through the process. The coaches truly care and put a lot of effort into the paper based on your experiences and conversations with them. We used Prompt for our 2 college bound seniors and our experience was nothing but amazing. Prompt took the reins in helping my boys brainstorm, organize and polish their essays. The boys were fully engaged and we literally had to do nothing. The essays they wrote were amazing and I actually learned a lot about them! Prompt services are definitely and investment, but it was worth every penny. They helped my boys write many honors college essays, for which the were accepted into the programs, and received scholarship money. And most importantly, they were accepted to their first choice schools!

He was able to get into 14 of his 20 colleges including his top choice. We attribute a huge part of his success to Prompt. Our son had a good 43 essay prompts to write and he needed some support to wade through this arduous process. The essay prompts were not limited to just admission, but also for scholarship and letter of continued interest as well.

Prompt was so supportive always. Bria built a customized schedule for him and helped him be on track. Emily, on the other hand helped him in building a solid outline for the essays and she gave a detailed feedback always. Some of his prompts went to five, six and even seven drafts and she was very patient and supportive in every single iteration of the draft submission. With each and every draft, there were meaningful additions and edits and it was gradually looking more refined.

Half way through the process, I got the feeling that my son has evolved into not just a better writer but has become a better thinker as well. He learnt how to articulate his thoughts and feelings more clearly across which was a significant change for sure.

The essays are the most daunting part of the college application process, and having Prompt by our side was a huge help. Every college had its own dates and deadlines but Bria made it seamless tracking all this for us. My son was not just in time but sometimes a week or more early with his submissions and is very thankful to Prompt.

Prompt as a tool had its own cool automation as well. For example, if there were essays that could be reused for subsequent applications, the tool would help the student know which ones they were.

I highly recommend Prompt to every student navigating through their college application process.

Great experience for my son and definitely worth the investment! My son's writing coach, Lillian, was absolutely amazing and helped him organize and outline his thoughts in preparation for the essays. He felt very comfortable meeting with her and bouncing ideas off of her. The process and tools that the Prompt team has created made it easy for my son to chunk things up into manageable pieces, stay on task, and get timely feedback from his writing coach. My son had previously been getting essay feedback from his school counselors, but he commented numerous times on how much better things were with Prompt. The best part was that I didn't have to nag or be involved much at all. Ultimately, he completed his essays in time to apply Early Action to all of his colleges and was accepted to all of his top choices. He ended up with a completely full ride to one of his schools and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!

Prompt helped my daughter organize her thoughts, her writing and create a timeline for completion. Her coach Leigh was excellent in helping my daughter create, edit and perfect her many essays.

This was a great experience for my daughter. It kept her on track and made her college essay writing experience a lot less anxiety-ridden. She felt very connected with her Coach Leigh who was fantastic with helping her edit in a thoughtful way. My daughter and I were both proud of my daughter's work product and although she did not get into one of the schools where she applied with Prompt's help, she got into all others and we knew that the one which she did not get into was NOT due to her essays.

Fabulous program! My son was paired with a coach who had similar interests as him. The coach made him comfortable to share his thoughts, ideas and passions, and was able to give my son concrete, step-by-step support in creating a powerful, authentic essay that highlighted his unique strengths. Highly recommend!

Prompt was so helpful for my college writing process! There was lots of flexibility available, and feedback always came back fast. I remember I wanted to completely rewrite my commonapp essay, and it was a very smooth experience thanks to their flexibility. The feedback is great, however it should be noted that the subject matter of the essay won't change much, and so make sure the topic you're writing about is what you really want to share. This was a great experience. Our son got into his dream school, LSU. He was also accepted to Penn State, OU(Oklahoma), KU(Kansas), UMD(College Park). The essay writing process really helped him for other essays not associated with the college application process.

Having started the college application process not knowing exactly what schools were looking for, the Prompt process helped me to condense my experiences into appealing essays. I got the three school package for my more competitive schools, but was able to apply what I had learned to my other applications.
Coach Jane was amazing and helped me to formulate my ideas through outlines and templates for sentence structures I could try. I had a lot of essays, but feedback was pretty much always ready within a couple days.
I would definitely recommend this service for very competitive schools.

They got my STEM kid to brainstorm ideas and express himself in a meaningful way in his essay. The outcome was something that he truly wrote and let the schools know who he was as a person and student. He was skeptical but actually enjoyed the process. Got into his top choice.

My son hesitated to begin his Common App personal statement and lacked focus with the suggested prompts. Monica's intake interview was very insightful. Within the first hour, she walked him through several options and helped him select a narrative he felt excited to write about. After only a few email exchanges, his essay was complete. He was accepted to all the schools where he applied and invited to several scholar programs. It's completely worth the investment!

Prompt helped me create a Common App essay that I could be proud of. They were very responsive with assistance and making appointments to help keep me on top of my timeline.

Our son was accepted to excellent Engineering schools nationwide including Cornell, Purdue, U. Florida, Ohio State, Texas A&M, U. Illinois, among others. It was very helpful for him to device his essays, bounce ideas with the advisor and refine his writings. It was all 100% his writing but the advisor gave very good insight.
