App would be nice, but browser ok

There isn’t a native app, at least I didn’t see one, but mobile browser version works smooth enough. Icons are big, buttons easy to press. I saved it to my home screen and it feels almost like an app anyway.

Wagering cleared slowly

I underestimated how long it takes to clear a big bonus with small bets. Took me a few evenings, but I eventually got through it and withdrew a bit of profit. Learned to read the terms better next time.

Everything in euros, no weird conversions

My bank card is in euros and so is my casino account, so I don’t lose on conversion each time. On some sites I got hit twice with conversion fees. Here deposit and withdrawal match my bank currency, so it’s simpler.

Got my birthday free spins

Didn’t even remember I gave them my birth date when signing up. On my birthday I logged in and saw some free spins waiting. Not huge amount but it was a nice surprise. Ended up winning maybe 12 euros from them, which I just played for fun. Still, little gesture that made me smile.

The site logged me out right after a bonus round started.

When I got back in, Wolf Gold opened to the lobby instead of the round, and my balance had not moved.

Support asked for a round ID that the history page did not show.
