Excellent delivery time and customer service thank you.

I ordered 10 sharp bins and got 9 bins and if I remember correctly 11 lids- 1 bin missing, on the previous order I got 10 bigger bins but only 9 lids- hence 1 bin is useless..

In my experience Promed staff are professional, helpful and items are delivered promptly, however on this occasion there was some confusion that resulted in me having to contact Promed by telephone before my purchases were dispached.

Contact was easily made and Frank was patient and pleasant and very cooperative

Overall 5/5 experience. I was unsure which model to get from viewing online so I phoned to order. The representative on the phone had answers to all the 5 or so questions I had and there was zero pressure to go for a particular model. I was promised a call the day before I delivered which I received and a call the day of delivery with a time of delivery which I also received and was accurate. The delivery driver was extremely helpful, he helped me relocate my current fridge upstairs and gave me advise on it's placement and upkeep. Then he installed the new fridge with the same helpfulness. Newpark Pharmacy, Kilkenny.
