Visited today for a consultation on mole removal. From the moment I entered the clinic to leaving- the customer service was brilliant. All those who I came face to face with, greeted me with a smile.
Was great meeting Vicky after hearing amazing things about her clinic, by a friend. She had a knowledgable approach to what is best for me treatment wise. Other options were discussed and planned for my next visit. Can’t wait!!
Booking the next appointment with Jess was difficulty free. Again, customer focused with a smile.
I’m looking forward to my journey with Promed.
