no stars if it was possible.

I cant give no stars apparently, so the one star is slightly misleading as I have never had to deal with a company as bad as this. They can't even get the address correct, and so the item doesn't arrive and I can't claim a refund as they say they have sent it. Catch 22, I can't cancel the order, cant get a refund, and now they have stopped answering emails. Do yourselves a favour and buy your stuff from someone who cares about customer service.
