It looks like they are taking a monthly subscription that I did not authorise. Always loved this site and regularly order but I won't be again after this £32/£33 per month coming out without authorisation. Awaiting a call back or reply via email, they have clearly misled many people here and used to be so trustworthy.

Dont buy from them! They Will sell you a membership without your approwal and take you your money every month...

I am so mad !!! I got charged for a subscription i never agreed to. I supposedly had to cancel after a 14 day trial. Overall, they charged me over a thousand dollars without my consent. And they offered me 3 products as reparation. The company presents itself as spiritual and offers products linked to meditation and yoga but they are a freaking fraudulent company.

I had a great experience purchasing from Project Yourself, they were super help in locating my product and ensured I get it.

I purchased ONE item which I received about a month after I purchased it. It is fine. Had things ended there, I would have given a much different review...

Unfortunately, they also signed me up for some kind of subscription that I DID NOT consent to.

When I called customer service about it, I was informed that I would have received an email about a 14-day free trial of some course or something and that I needed to cancel within 14 days. I have searched my entire email (spam, deleted, junk), and I have NO such email. Not to mention there was no "reminder" that my trial was coming to an end -- again, I contend I never received anything telling me about this to begin with.

I do not appreciate sneaky marketing practices like this and wish to have whatever it is canceled and to be refunded the money I was charged for something I didn't even ask for immediately.

This beautiful bracelet, that also looks nice as a necklace just arrived in my mailbox today and I Love it! Couldn't have came at a better time in my life. I took a picture and posted it. I will buy more. Thank you so much.

yes i order from you at least 8 times and received one package, your company is a fraud, i check with customs in Latvia and they do let your packages enter into this country, i want all my money back, I have order from USA many times and had no problem FRAUD, LV

I received my purchase and unfortunately the wand was broken. I sent an email and received a reply really quickly and Maybelle was an absolute delight to communicate with. I received a replacement very quickly and they stayed in constant communication which I truly believe is going far and beyond. I was just expecting the replacement wand and was stunned and humbled that it was a full replacement of what I purchased. I cannot thank them enough. Totally appreciated.

Very cheap products. Broken just after 7days . When I reached out to them they are saying we don’t replace after 7 days. Don’t buy anything from them. Waste of money and time.

order 544319 I placed it January 7th… its January 30th and the order is still Unfulfilled. I emailed and got a reply 2 weeks later basically blaming it on ‘holiday back orders’ yea ok. Im never ordering from these guys again 60 bucks of my money stolen from me and cant get anyone from customer service to help. Whatever you do, DO NOT order from project yourself.

My Experience was excellent due to the seamless customer service, & online shopping experience! My items were perfectly packaged with care. Each item I purchased has been beautifully crafted. I am truly satisified, excited to show off my items and greatful for Project Yourself.🙏💗💗

I have always had a great experience with items bought from Project Yourself. The necklaces are and bracelets are genuine stones and of high quality. Sometimes the shipping is a little bit of a wait but definitely worth it. Always happy!

I ordered a rose quartz bracelet and a rose quartz mala bead set. After almost 6 months I finally got the bracelet unfortunately I never received the rose quartz mala I have sent my credit card receipt s information to your PR team and I understand that things can get lost in the mail I'm just wondering when I will receive the rose quartz mala beads I paid for?

I have ordered from this store three times. The first two orders went OK. The third order never arrived, but the courier website marked the item as delivered. I checked with every possible delivery area and it was not there. There is no contact number for the delivery service. So I contacted Project Yourself. They first just sent me a screenshot from the courier saying the item was delivered...clearly ignoring everything I told them in my email. I responded and repeated the information. They then told me to check other delivery areas (as though I haven't already told them I did) and then said they don't take responsibility for items actually getting delivered.

Don't waste your money. Their customer service is garbage and they don't take responsibility for their products and the vendors they choose for shipping.

They have signed me up for something I did not consent to, I wish to be fully refunded and to leave the subscription that I did not consent to which I also cant sign in and cancel as I have no account. You are the opposite of what you portray and given the site itself it's disgusting that you are taking money from peoples accounts without consent given the meaning behind the website

Sent email regarding REPEATED charges to my account for purchases made over a month ago. The charge is listed as repeated charge. I don't understand why. I want this resolved and would like a response to my email regarding stopping this and a refund for the repeated charges.

I placed an order and paid for it. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No tracking number given after I was told it was shipped. I am still waiting. I have sent many emails and have received responses with mixed messaging. BUYER BEWARE. SCAM COMPANY. ***** As you see the company stated they replied to my comment via email. Untrue. Looks like a distraction tactic. As I stated at the beginning... this is a scam company. BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM.
