I ordered a hoodie in December 2025 for a Christmas present but unfortunately received a pair of jogging bottoms. I emailed them telling them of the mistake. They wouldn't send me a free post address to send them back. I sent them back( at my cost even though it was there error) asking for a refund. They won't respond to any of my emails. I will never order from them again..

Ordered two T-shirts and arrived quickly and of a nice quality with feel being great. They were thicker than most available at this price point.
Response was quick from order through to delivery and the designs were just as expected!

T-shirts came without tags and in no bags!
Emailed them as it makes they look like 2nds which I can’t give to my son for his birthday now!!
Ask for a return but was refused !!
Would not recommend or use them again !

We’re always open to feedback, and will try our best to make amends if there’s a genuine issue but feel this is an unfair statement of accounts.
We haven’t followed up on your recent email as our operating hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
We offered to send replacement packaging on a next day delivery, as a gesture of good will and offered to resolve this the best we could but expecting a resolution the night before your sons birthday puts us in a difficult time constraint to do so.
I would also like to add that the products were sent in secure packaging safely sealed straight from being printed.
We’re unsure what your expectations are or where we could’ve met them, we don’t supply a gift wrapping service and we’re a small up and independent store, and the products were delivered brand new, safely and responsibly packed. This packaging is designed to be thrown away, not gift wrapped and the products are more than suitable to be wrapped and prepared as a gift.
As offered, if there’s an issue with the delivery packaging and it’s a genuine deal breaker we’re more than happy to send some out on a next day, but otherwise would advise letting your son enjoy the products. We’re sure he’ll love them.

Cheaper quality garments, and very very low quality transfer prints, the art is good but the quality of sticking it on the clothing is very poor. Half of it cracked and flaked after 1 wash. Won’t be the designers fault, but it’s screams of cheap POD type service. Defo won’t be buying again.
