Love the felt farm
The service was good, the actual felt farm is great but I would have liked to seen a cloth bag with a draw string to put all the felt pieces into included with the package.

Best toys in the house...
I have purchased several Montessori toys for our grandchildren and they are always the best toys in the house. Most have multi levels of skill children develop while learning through play.
In this era of teaching academic and pre reading skills it is a delight to find play things that encourage critical developmental skills without the pencil/paper and charts on the wall appraoch.

Never again!
First off, the customer service person who helped me was wonderful. It is not his fault that the shipping organization you use is so inefficient. That said, when I tracked the path of my item, I was horrified to see that it travelled across the ocean and across the continent to Vancouver before being shipped back to Montreal and north to my home. This is absolutely crazy! What a waste of resources. There is no reason why this could not be shipped directly to Montreal. In this time of climate change, this is a horribly irresponsible choice. On top of it, this happened three times! The first repeat was because my parcel was lost, the second because one of the items was damaged. As a result, an item that was ordered back in November did not arrive until late January. When we are talking about children’s toys, this is a huge disappointment. Never again!

Toys unsuitable for age advertised. Poor customer service.
Update: after posting on Trustpilot customer services finally contacted me and offered a full refund. Its a shame it takes a poor review to get a response.
Researched and ordered a toy for a 2 year old. Checked very carefully it would be safe for a 2 year old as stated.
It arrived eventually after 4 weeks. It stated very clearly on packaging only suitable for aged 3 + years!
Contacted Project Montessori twice now about this. They have failed to respond.
Waste of time and money. Appalling customer service.

What made it great is the end result…successful conclusion!! It was successful because of the honest sensitive communication from the beginning of my complaint in early December2025 to its delivery January 18, 2026!!

Terrible customer service
I purchased their balance bike based on Good Housekeeping recommendation. It indicated it was good for 2-5 year olds. This bike has no adjustments, so it can not grow with the child. It is more for an 18 month or less. I have been trying to get in touch with customer support for weeks now to return it and with numerous follow-ups, I still have not heard back from them. It’s very unfortunate that the service and marketing is so poor. I would not recommend purchasing from this company

I will never grow to old to sing and play with children.
This is my 2nd time to write a post regarding my experience with Project Montessori. I was introduced to Montessori age appropriate toys several years ago. I am 81 years old now and apx 20 then. I was introduced to them while studying to become an early child educator. I was impressed by them then and even more so recently. My own child grew up with them as did my grandchildren. recently I saw the ad on my IPad and I have ordered several for our Great Grand Child. He will be 3 years old soon. Just this past Sunday afternoon, 9 family members sat around playing the musical instruments with him marching around among us singing & we all had a very good time. Of course, he loved the loudest ones. If we stopped he would say, “mo, mo, mo” (more, more, ) So we played our instruments & sang our songs over & over. So much fun! We have Great Granddaughter due to arrive in March. I have started a collection for her also. Thanks for asking my opinion.
