Deposited with a debit card without issue, then when I tried to withdraw to the same card they said it was not eligible and I needed to use bank transfer. Which took an extra week.

Skrill withdrawals are supposed to be instant. Mine took three days from request to arriving. Support said this was within normal variance. Not what the payment method is designed for.

Had a poor session here with everything lagging, couldn't find my games and the live tables were offline. I asked what was going on and they appearently did a maintenence without telling anyone.

The live tables are always lagging so I can barely make out what the dealers say. It makes playing very difficult.

Had troubles with my deposit and I never received a response from the support team. Been waiting for a good week now.
