A finger nail was found in a doughnut, now even though project D acted and responded quickly to my complaint and I recieved a full refund, the finger nail should never of been in the doughnut in the first place!

Just as good as Doughnut Time and really good value for money

Fabulous customer service and even better products. My go to for a family treat.

I wasn’t sure about ordering doughnuts online for delivery - how fresh would they be etc…. BUT these are amazing! They were well packaged, looked and smelled fantastic, and most importantly they taste delicious! So soft and fresh. I will definitely be ordering again - thank you!

The best doughnuts ever!

Ordered one of the giant donuts for Valentine’s Day for my other half. It arrived today on the day which is brilliant, so thank you! However, I was sitting in the front room all morning specifically to be ready to collect the delivery and I got a text to say it had been left in our “front porch.” The driver never knocked and we don’t have a front porch - our living room opens out directly onto the street (terraced house). Thank God I had my phone on me to see this as else it probably would have been nicked. Also the donut was delivered in just a plain cardboard box without the nice pink presentation box packaging I’ve seen they usually come in which is a shame, it’s such a lot of money to pay for a donut and it looks a bit meh just sat in your basic slightly bashed and dirty brown delivery box. I bet it’s going to taste amazing but I don’t think I’ll order again, sorry!

These are the most wonderful doughnuts you can buy.so much choice and the flavours are devine.i am Derby born and bred and have now moved to Kent so i am so happy you now have a deliver service so we can always have a taste of home.

I’ve had ‘luxury’ doughnuts before and was disappointed. These were not those! Well packaged, fast delivery and fresh as well as tasting and looking amazing! Will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

The donuts were nice. The only thing I didnt like was the delivery. They put the parcel in the bin outside

Doughnuts yummy n tasty

Sadly this isn’t really project D’s fault as I had emails from DPD with date and time of delivery and the guy turns up, he’s clearly rummaging in back of van for parcel, must not have found it or had it on van then drives off!! Shocking didn’t even approach house or leave a card

It was very good doughnuts full of flavour a tons of option to choose I would highly recommend Biscoff.

Was served by the lovely Kendal today at project D made a beautiful milkshake and served it with a smile! Will be coming back again!

Amazing doughnuts and amazing customer service

The doughnuts arrived on time and in good condition. They are larger than most doughnuts and tasted good, plenty of filling. Perhaps a little too big and got sickly toward the end but better than too small. The service was as expected from experience of ordering from other companies. I chose to try PD as they offer packs of 4 instead of only larger amounts.
Cons... expensive doughnuts. As my order was only £2 under their free postage amount I had to also pay a fiver delivery. Nothing I could add on to make that up without buying too many doughnuts and paying even more.
