I have ordered a couple of times and not had a problem, but my last ordered came damaged, and tip box completely broken, and cuticle scissors were very stiff. I will still order again as they usually are pretty good and love there tips.

Good service, quick delivery. Just found delivery charge on tiny items expensive. The postage was nearly as much as the item . For larger items I don’t mind but for a packet of nail tips I was a little disappointed as I have ordered quite a few things and never had a problem and that is why I still give it 5 stars . They just need to look at postage on these small purchases
