This company is a fraud and will cheat…

This company is a fraud and will cheat you out of your money! I went to pay the total amount in 90 days and then they said that didn't include the monthly payment and bounced my account - added hundreds of fees to my account and so I paid it off just to cut my losses. Customer service doesn't hardly understand or speak English - they will just out you on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. They are a cheat and a fraud. Buyer Beware!

Do not do business with them

Do not do business with them. They are a modern day loan shark and if you don't pay off the product within the early payoff they double the price of it. Also they will block your card and bank account to force you to call in just to pay your bill. This literally happened to me. Their excuse was to not accept my payment method and they removed it from their system. I repeat they are basically trying to scam you. There are numerous reviews of similar things happening on the better Business bureau and they have been sued and forced to pay millions of dollars back to people for fraudulent charges. Do not do business with them.

No longer a great company in 2026

Looks like they are selling out big time. They have taken away the extension option for 90 day purchases and replaced it with an "early buyout" option (which is more) so they can get more money from the customers who run into a snag. I have paid off countless leases through them with a couple needing an extension for the 90 day option, never had any issues until 2026. It seems like they moved their customer service fully out of the country as well, I used to get people in the US when i called, but now its specifically India every time i call, and its always hard explaining what i need when theres a slight to moderate language barrier.... 2025 progressive wouldve been a 4 star at least, but 2026 progressive? Easily a 1 star, this is no longer the same company, I would assume a big company bought them out.

I bought an engagement ring and paid it…

I bought an engagement ring and paid it off within 30 days. This was the time frame before high internet rates followed. I paid it off and three months after they emailed me and called me saying I owed them 242.00 dollars still. I sent them all my bank statements proving them I did in fact pay them off. Even after that they are still saying I owe them. Well they want their free interest money and I will not give it to them, so my credit will be ruined.

Yaw taken it way to far for long time customers

I have been a customer of this company for a long time by giving them my business MAN when I tell you that the rules are out of bounds man there’s no way you can satisfy them I’ve sent paperwork after paperwork in pdf they say it’s to blurry I gave photos witch they won’t take now tell me who else would have photos of my information but me from checks to ssn and to my drivers license but none of that isn’t good enough for them makes no sense and it’s absolutely impossible to make them happy so for future reference when using them go through with the application because if you just wanted to how much you are able to get it will kick you out of there system and it will be a nightmare i hate to say it but they are going to lose customers they act like it’s Fort Knox smh

This company is AMAZING!!

This company is AMAZING!!! Not only did they approve me to get furniture that would make my house a home, but they were more than willing to work with me when I fell on hard financial times shortly after the purchase. There was no judging by their staff. It was very much, “Okay there’s a problem, how can we work with you to fix it?”

Awesome company and would highly recommend! 10/10

Don't do it! Twice the price!

Was in a bind for a new refrigerator. Saw that the offered lease to own option. Man o man! I totally missed the small print were you end up paying twice as much for the merchandise. No thanks!

I am unable to log in to my account…

I am unable to log in to my account because the system shows that I have two SSNs on file due to an error made by the store when entering my information. Despite this mistake, funds are still being withdrawn from my account. However, I am being told that the incorrect SSN cannot be removed unless I provide a copy of my SSN for verification.
This does not make sense because I already have two completed leases under my correct SSN, and the incorrect SSN is not associated with any lease agreement. Even with that clear evidence, I am still being required to submit my SSN again in order for them to correct their own error. My solution is to stop automate payment and have them send me a sign copy of the lease along with all payment made via mail.

Horrible

Horrible. Phone costs $1200 and I went with a 1 year plan for payment. I I’ve paid over $1800 and still owe $875 FOR A PHONE. Progressive leasing is the biggest scam.

Approved me for days I wanted this iMac…

Approved me for days I wanted this iMac I’ve been wanting for a while and my plan was to pay it off when I got my bonus in a few weeks. I first applied for Best Buy then I saw Amazon had it cheaper and it made me apply all over again for that. I then got an alert the computer was in stock and available for pickup at Apple so I then tried for Apple and that’s when it said pending then it denied me completely and when I called in she had the most high pitch sarcastic tone saying “well yea unfortunately we want 90 days of bank statements, a check stub, a copy of your social, your birth certificate and something else” and I said for a freaking computer? this ain’t no freaking house loan tf !??
