“Stupid” that’s what the customer service tells to the customers
I wish I could add a photo of my conversation with them so you could see their real faces. They called me stupid three times! - for asking for a refund and after confronting them about their fake products. I ordered three perfumes which are all fake. SCAMMERS be aware! I will proceed in legal ways with them. I hope no one else get scammed like me. Please read the reviews before placing an order. No wonder they didn’t accept PayPal payments! I should have known better. This was a big red flag, now I will cancel the card I make the payment because there’s a lot you can expect from thieves like these. And yes, I don’t live in Italy so I opened their parcel after 45 days. It doesn’t justify the fact that they are selling €10 perfumes for nearly original prices! To be accurate they stole €160 and have the audacity to say that they are selling the real thing. I’m reporting them on all social profiles too. I hope you read this before becoming a victim too. Until their “business” gets closed like it should.
