I am writing this to warn anyone considering ordering from Profizelt24. We ordered an 8x6m tent for our wedding in September. Instead, they sent us several 3x4m tents that were completely useless for our setup. To make matters worse, they only delivered them a few days before the wedding, nearly ruining our entire celebration. We were forced to rent a replacement tent last minute at three times the cost.

While mistakes happen, the way this company has handled the aftermath is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We have been trying to resolve this since SEPTEMBER. I have called at least 10 times and sent over 20 emails. Every single time, Sales Manager promises that the issue will be resolved, but nothing ever happens.

We have already returned the incorrect items, and now the company has gone completely silent. We have received no refund and no explanation. It is unacceptable to hold a customer's money for over six months after a massive shipping error on their part.

Verdict: Save yourself the stress and the money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good product overall, but customer service is lacking. Parts arrived damaged and despite following up multiple times there has been no attempt to fix the problem. I even paid for shipping over the top of the sale price when the shed arrived.

Fast delivery, very good quality, good description of item!

We ordered an express delivery service because We badly needed the Zelt for our business. Then we waited and waited for the item, it did not came. My husband called up and we just got an answered that, there was a system failure! They are lying, a personell made mistake not the Computer. The problem is why they did not inform Us?! Poor customer service.
