Investor fraud

This company is completely fraudulent..beware! I've attempted to access the funds in my account for more than a year now with Profitex Trade.com being completely unresponsive. And when I indicated that if i can't have access to my funds I stated that I'd like to just close the account and like I said they have ignored all communication from me for more than a year. I would steer completely clear of these guys unless you don't mind losing your money!

Profitex, closing account

I started an account last year but stopped after a few weeks because trading is not my thing. The trading account with a small amount was still open till may 2020. Account manager (Ariel Daza) contacted me to assist me for trading
again. I did not like that an than she helped me to close my account and do the refund. So after all I'm very positive how Profitex handled my case.
