I met Nej Douma with his online programs through his business Profiskills on Youtube and I susbscribed to his email notifications four years ago. I have recently started a new program of training with his company. I am currently following the first module and I am really satisfied with the content of the training and the coaching managment approach, for instance emails sent and phone calls by my customer service manager. I just began a training with profiskills on Digital holder program. I was afraied of technical practice and I thought this training was not for me, because I am so poor in digital technics .
