The team was great to work with!

I liked that they sent me jobs to apply for daily, many of which I didn’t find during my own search. When I did find jobs outside what they sent me, they would promptly send me application material when I asked for it.
One thing I would note is that the links to the jobs they sent were usually links to an indeed posting so take the time to find the job listing on the company’s website as those jobs were not always still open.
As others have said, the resume and cover letters are AI generated so make sure you are reviewing them for accuracy before using them to apply.

I signed up for Proficiently and from day one it felt like I finally had someone on my side. Each morning they sent me a few job openings that truly matched my interests and experience, along with résumés and cover letters crafted just for those roles. Proficiently.com are definitely worth it! For entry-level applicants that may not have much experience with applications and interviews, they do a lot to indirectly show you what application documents ought to look like and that in itself is praise-worthy.

It's important to have your say on the documents that you receive for your job applications. The company employs AI in its work, so the onus is on the service user to add a touch of personality to the documents. The coaches are very understanding and they're receptive of feedback that they receive from service users.

Proficiently.com is far from perfect, but that's only natural. This is a subjective observation: They may be inundated with queries and tasks - even with the use of AI. In my experience, there were times that they either couldn't get back to me promptly, e.g. for interview preparation, or messages that (probably) went unnoticed. As text-only service, they may or may not be what you may be looking for in terms of interview practice.
Even with these things said, I'd still recommend the service to others, as what they do well far outweighs anything they may need improvement on.
Again the onus is on the service user to be proactive with job application processes.

Pleasant experience, overall!

They go above and beyond to help you land the job you want. They worked with me to shape and tailor each resume, wrote custom cover letters, and took a lot of the stress out of searching in a tough job market. They listened to my goals and suggested roles that actually fit. They took the time to find opportunities that made sense for me, and it made the whole process a lot easier.

Can't say enough about my experience with Proficiently.

Surface level: They provided a great framework for my resume, provided role recommendations without fail on daily a daily basis that included excellent summaries, and provided a customized resume and cover for each and every role of interest to me.

Deeper: They promised to help me even past the contract term. They showed up daily, without fail, for 4 months after the term was up. Additionally, any time I felt like I could be doing more, they quickly hoped on the phone to offer ideas to move the needle, usually taking lead on execution.

Deepest: Looking for a new role in this market is scary and extremely lonely. I was largely unsure of what the right steps were. The investment I made in Proficiently ended up ensuring I had a knowledgable partner. They showed up everyday in a positive and engaged fashion. There were days where I discouraged, depressed, and uninterested in the necessary activity. On those days, their reliabe presence kept me engaged.

Well worth the investment!! They idenitifed the job I am at now and prepped me for each of the stages of the interview process.

Proficiently was an excellent value. Their policy that they will keep helping you until you find a job is comforting to anyone in this job market. Their insights into improving my resume were especially helpful, as was their help preparing for interviews. I’d recommend them to friends without hesitation.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Proficiently. Through a thoughtful onboarding process, they created accurate and metric driven cover letters / resumes. The jobs sent daily were targeted and relevant to my background and career goals.

Proficiently is great! They worked with me to update my resume and then got to work sending me job postings. I feel like the customized resumes and cover letters that were generated for each position cut through the HR AI filters. I got four interviews in two months. While they send you recommended jobs based on your criteria, I also sent them jobs that I found myself, ultimately accepting a role at one of the jobs I scouted. However, one of the jobs they found for me that I interviewed with seemed like a great fit as well. You have to be willing to do the work when you sign up. It's a continuous process; if you want to change the scope or aren't seeing jobs of interest, ask them to tweak the search criteria. Overall, HIGHLY recommend.

Quick and easy user experience while still being extremely detailed in their approach. Definitely a must have tool going forward to find the perfect job opportunity in the current market! Able to cater to different needs across all industries and their AI capabilities really makes for seamless and easy changes in resumes depending on the role!

The company does a great job of tailoring your resume and cover letter for the job, to help you stand out. The job market is rough right now, and it took some time, but Proficiently was able to find multiple companies hiring, and help me receive multiple offers!

Proficiently was extremely hands on and helpful when I was recently trying to switch careers. I wasn't confident my experience could translate on paper, but I needed Proficiently to help with that translation. They took it a step futher by also rounding up targeted roles where I could put myself in a better position to make the switch. What a great service!!
