Auftrag nach mehrmaliger Vor-Ort-Besichtigung und Zusage des Projektstartes vom Herbst 2025 bis Dato nicht ausgeführt. Vorkasse für Material und Lohn gezahlt - da zwei Wochen nach Zahlung hätte die Maßnahme beginnen sollen.... Kommunikation kaum vorhanden, Anrufe/ Nachrichten unbeantwortet. Monate später Vertröstung... mehrfach... Versprechen mehrfach nicht eingehalten. Nach viel Stress und Androhung rechtlicher Konsequenzen wurde immerhin Stornierung/Rücktritt des/vom Auftrag im Frühling 2026 bestätigt. Geld wurde bis Dato (Juli 2026) nicht zurückgezahlt.Das Amtsgericht (Mahnverfahren) wurde angerufen. Zahlungsfrist verstrichen, keine Rückzahlung. Vollstreckungsverfahren läuft. Schaden knapp 5200 €.
