Having worked in the travel industry for the last 30 years , and have dealt with many VIP aviation companies ,However I have never come across a company and individual that really goes that extra mile Lewis and Professional flight solutions have been amazing . We had an issue with a client at Gatwick airport last night as the queues at the airport and security were extremely long which would have resulted in the client missing their flights . I called Lewis and asked if anybody was available NOW at Gatwick to help our client , within 30 minutes a handler was with my flight sailed through the airport and .

I personally have also experienced the VIP service and can honestly say I will not be using anybody else
