What a brilliant experience shopping with Pro Espresso. Tim went out of his way over Christmas to ensure my delivery made it to me before the holiday cut off. My machine came from Milan and then Tim brought it to Sussex on the 22nd December.

Stunning service, great advice and always kept me up to date.

I love the Rocket brand and have 2 Apartamentos, both bought from Tim who is super helpful. He ensured safe and careful delivery of both my machines.

Christmas offer made this the best price in the UK from an official supplier and service has been exceptional. Friendly and timely communications with the seller both before and after purchase and machine delivered on time and with care. Looking forward to pulling better shots with my new Rocket machine.

I recently purchased a coffee machine from ProEspresso and I am very pleased with the quality and especially the service. I was offered a reconditioned Sage Barista Express at a very competitive price and could not refuse. The delivery was timely and the machine was well-packaged and in perfect condition. Was struggling to find a company to send to Northern Ireland, pro espresso had no problem and sent extremely fast. Always there when needed to talk to no matter what time ! ,even on Xmas day when I had an issue they contacted me and addressed situation. This is a bench mark for any business they went beyond what I was expecting. Being part of many coffee forums online many members agreed this was exceptional service. Many thanks

The delivery team unpacked and located the machine in its intended position with care. The machine is awesome and I am enjoying experimenting making espresso.

Tim was fantastic - very knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to understand my requirements and then offered me a variety of machines to fit those requirements. He was honest about the pros and cons of each machine and you can tell he's been around these machines a long time. I can't fault the service, even the accessories that were out of stock, he ordered for me from Italy and was texting/emailing me with updates every few days. I highly recommend buying from ProEspresso - you really can't go wrong.

I had a flawless experience purchasing my Rocket espresso machine from Tim. After putting in my order, he emailed me directly to arrange the delivery date. Throughout the process he was very responsive by email and telephone, including helping me with an issue when setting up my machine. These are obviously very expensive machines and it is a weight off my mind to know that should I have any issues, Tim will be on the other end of a line to help me with it.
