Defect products sold under “returned” label
I bought a “returned” smart lock for a well-discounted price. It came nicely packed and in intact state. However it was defected and didn’t function. I requested a refund and sent it back. It was arranged pretty fast and I got my money back which is positive. On the other hand in my refund note it is stated “no reason provided” which is not true. I suspect that this defected lock is going to be self again to someone else under the same “returned” label.

Late Delivery, Broken TV, Zero Support
I am absolutely furious with this whole experience. I ordered a TV that was supposed to be delivered in 4 days, but instead it arrived two weeks late. The delivery was planned for Friday, yet on Thursday morning I get a call saying it’ll be at my place in 10 minutes. I had to drop everything and rush home just to receive it.
Then, I unbox the TV only to find the screen cracked. I reached out to customer service, they replied the day after but since it was Friday morning, I clearly asked for an update by the end of the day about what would happen next, refund, replacement, anything. And guess what? Nothing. No follow-up, no information, no solution.
So now I’m stuck with a broken TV, zero answers, and I have to wait two more days because of the weekend. This is absolutely unacceptable.
First and last time I will ever buy from this website!

I bought a motherbord msi B550A PRO. When i was using it i found out that misses all the nmve 2.0 screws and the plate that goes around the cpu for the cooler wasn't also. Never buy something from them.

BUTT, they said the item was "refurbished " but it clearly was not.

usually I try to be respectful but man, I ordered something and cancelled my order within a couple of minutes. yet they went ahead to send the item AND at the same time mailed me a return label. I mean instead of just not letting the item leave their warehouse this service has managed to create both sides double work. this is being retarded to be honest, I have no words.

Although the description mentioned the outside packaging has a little damage, I expected so much more damage. Personally I was not able to find any scratch. The product itself was brand new and never used. Even the seal was still on the box. Will I buy here again? For sure!
