purchases of Office
I made two purchases of Office
one of which did not support Windows 7
and the page stated that it does for that specific version
while for the second I was sent two keys, neither of which worked.
for the first order I was refunded and for the second we will see how it goes

Did not like that I had to mail back…
Did not like that I had to mail back telling them that the first key was sent to me not worked.
Finally they sent me a new one...
Dispite all the above we had Great communication and the problem was solved.

unavailable feature
I got microsoft office 2024 standard, because I wanted to be able to use greek dictation in microsoft word. Unfortunately after installing it, I realised that this feature was not available, so I had to buy office 365 on top of that

After communication with the support they send me a new key .
I made the installation and the program works for two days. After it asked for renewal the licence
