They originally installed my late father’s garage doors over 15 years ago, and the doors have held up beautifully ever since. So when one suddenly came off its rails due to some rough handling by someone working at the property, my elderly mother was left with a garage wide-open to the street, and me 150 miles away, unable to help.

From the moment I rang Pro-Doors, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They treated the situation with urgency and genuine care, and within three hours, an engineer was at the house and had everything fixed.

Thanks to their swift response and professionalism, what could have been a stressful and worrying situation was completely taken off our shoulders. My mother was reassured, I was relieved, and we were both incredibly grateful.

The Engineer was there with 2 Hrs, fitted new door furniture , first class service.

Agreed on date for the engineers to come on site. Engineers came on site, on time and did a wonderful job as per what was quoted.
