Great company to deal with if you have ant problems, Polite and good service. My dog loves the food, and the Repel has kept him free of flees, ticks, and worms. Excellent company, and service.

I accidentally activated a reward voucher that would probably expire before I need my next subs delivery. Due to one dog being on reduced rations for a weight issue I will need to change the next date of delivery. The ProDog system has now been upgraded and making the changes myself actually works and is easy.

My spaniel has, among other things, chronic atopic dermatitis and sebaceous adenitis. Her skin was red and scaly and her coat was dull, patchy & was coming out in clumps every time I stroked her. Despite very expensive medicines, weekly baths & oil massages we weren’t seeing any improvement at all. The only thing I hadn’t tried was changing her food. So on recommendation of a friend I contacted ProDog and after speaking to Alison the nutritionist, we came up with a feeding plan for her. I’ve just taken delivery of our second order and have to say I’m delighted with the results. Sadie’s coat has a shine to it again, she’s scratching less & seems to be loving the food. I know she’ll never be completely free from the skin problems but she does seem more comfortable and looks so much better since she’s been on ProDog raw.
I also want to say how impressed I am with their Customer Service team, especially Robin, excellent communication, prompt and honest replies - what CS should be. Thank you

Well my dogs are fussy eaters and after spending months using different dog foods pro dog raw is definitely their favourite..it’s also budget friendly and recently I also found they have an option to adjust the repeat order function to coincide with how much you need or don’t need

I placed my first order of the sample pack for my new addition puppy. It came packaged really well, quickly and she is really enjoying the food. The only negative would be, that there should be a more varied selection of the food choices. Unfortunately, I had more selections of one type of food than the others. I have fed this back to ProDog and they have really listened/taken on board my views and hopefully this will be something they will work on for any future sample buyers 👍

After the last shocking experience with prodog in really thought things would improve. The last bundle of food arrived late and stealthily. So stealthily that no one knew it had arrived and see the bundle when taking the dog out. Checked the cameras and it had been there 10 minutes. Food was defrosted, which prodog gave their favourite answer to, put it in the fridge, as if my dog will eat 15kg of food in 3 days. No offer of a resolution at all. My dog is fussy and finding a new provider isn’t simple so we gave prodog another try. After all I’ve been a customer for 3-4 years now and besides the next delivery attempt surely couldn’t be any worse, could it? Well I could because as bad as the previous attempt was at least it arrived. It’s now the day after the delivery was due and I’ve had no contact from yodel, can’t imagine why you would leave DPD and choose yodel, only other than to save money of course. No contact from prodog and oh yes they are both closed until Monday. Prodog has been declining for a while now, it seems that they have finally hit rock bottom. They’ve know lost a loyal customer. I will be getting a full refund, refunded for the kibble I had to get up at 6am to go and buy and some free food to tie my dog over whilst I switch to Natupaw or Wilson’s. Two companies that actually care about customers and their dogs and not just profits.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Been using pro dog for a couple of years now for both of my dogs. Had my months supply delivered and it was defrosted on arrival, emailed straight away and they said to just refreeze it and it would be fine. Annoyingly I listened to the advice even though that didn’t sit right with me and since both of my dogs have had sickness on several occasions straight after food which is very rare for them. Seems VERY coincidental. Contacted them again since the sickness with photo evidence etc and absolutely no help at all just brushing it under the carpet blaming my dogs for eating too fast!! Even though my older dog is actually spoon fed by myself so that’s 100% not the case. I have since gone out and bought new food from the shop as I now am too scared the stuff I have in my freezer is going to make them ill! Will be contacting my bank about a refund as prodog don’t seem to care.

Alison has been amazing! Her knowledge, help and guidance has been invaluable to me and Badger. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, compassion and sharing her knowledge to help find the best route for my senior dog who is suffering with Chronic Kidney Disease & had recently suffered an acute episode due to a virus. I was struggling so much and overwhelmed with all the information out there and didn’t know what to do for him for the best.

Recently ordered the sample box and my dog is hooked! Loved it straight away so we were 100% pro dog raw same day (and I have a fussy high maintenance Frenchie!) The results are fantastic already! I have been using ProDog raw for a while now and Ivy (my french Bulldog), has gotten better in general heal. Shiny coat, better gut, sooo less gasy and more active. And no bad breath that usually comes from eating kibbles or the wed dog food. Got some of the natural snacks as well, which Ivy just loves to gobble up. ProDog has a very good selection of flavours and can be catered for your pup more individually. The customer service and the nutrition team is very helpful if you don't know how to start to transition to raw and you can get advice along the way. Very happy with ProDog and will continue to use their products for Ivy.

I contacted Prodog prior to putting an order in, owing to a few digestive issues my dog had and some concerns about switching her from kibble to raw.
I received an email reply straight away with very comprehensive help and advice. I ordered a bundle which arrived very quickly, on time and without any issues.
I switched my dog over to raw over the course of seven days and am incredibly glad I did. The difference in her is amazing. No stomach issues and more, glossy coat and no more itching. Thoroughly recommend the food and the company

Extremely Disappointed with Yodel Deliveries – Let Down Twice
I’ve been a happy customer of ProDog Raw for a while now – the food itself is fantastic, and my dog absolutely thrives on it. However, ever since the delivery service was changed from DPD to Yodel, my experience has gone downhill fast.
For the second time within 1 month a delivery has failed to arrive, leaving me without dog food just before the weekend. This is incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially when I rely on this food as a regular part of my dog’s diet. I had no such issues when deliveries were handled by DPD – they were reliable, timely, and professional.
It’s a real shame, because I genuinely like the product. But the ongoing problems with Yodel are making it difficult to continue as a customer. I strongly urge ProDog Raw to reconsider their choice of courier. A great product deserves a delivery service that customers can count on.

Have been using Prodog for years but don't know what's happened recently but definitely going to be moving to another supplier. Changed their delivery service from DPD to Yodel. DPD always delivered in the mornings. Yodel deliver at 9pm! Food sat in a van in 30 degrees, arrived ruined. Had to be collected and returned. Received replacement next day, again at 9pm, part frozen/part defrosted, again in a van all day delivered at 9pm but couldn't be bothered complaining again. Spending £150+ on food every 3 weeks plus extra cost of supplements on top of this - expect much better service. Not sure what's happened as they were always superb...perhaps they have grown too large and safety standards have flown out the window! My dogs deserve better, not to be put at risk of spoilt food - time to find new supplier.

I've been buying raw food for over a decade and have tried many brands. ProDog is by far the best consistency, packaging and a fair price. I buy the 80/10/10 pure bundle on a repeat subscription and add the Flexx joint support supplement every other time.
My dogs enjoy the variety of meats and the tubs are mess-free, stackable, recyclable packaging.
I recently ran out of the flexx and after 12 days my 10yr old dog started limping slightly on an arthritic foreleg joint. Within 2 days of restarting, her limp went. There's more ingredients in the Flexx than other joint supplements I've seen and tried, and my dogs like the taste of it.
The customer support team helped me quickly when a voucher didn't apply to the subscription
The only negative for this latest delivery was Yodel leaving it on my doorstep ignoring my safe place instructions and not sending proof of delivery. DPD used to be excellent

We already feed our adult Rhodesian Ridgeback on Pro-Dog so it made perfect sense to start our new Welsh Springer pup on their puppy food as well.

Dogs love it, the 1kg packs are good, my dogs eat 1.2 kg a day! Price is good, I've costed many 😆. Mainly tho customer service is great. Had to delay, cos freezer was full, just 3 days before delivery. Not a problem, emailed received back, all sorted. Many thanks
