Very bad experience and services
Bought a racket with string upgrade. When I got it the string is loose you even can pull the string out from the side. And the customer service just told you no compensation.

Good products, returns are expensive
This site has good sales and a good number of products. The purchase and the delivery went well, but unfortunately, the pants I ordered were too small, so I had to return them. I'm in Italy and paid 15 euros for the return, I think it's a bit too much. If you want to purchase something just be 100% of your size

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I ordered sneakers and paid 15€ to get the fast, 24h delivery. 2 days later, I haven't received the order and there is no way to contact anyone at prodirect. Phone numbers don't work, live chat is not available and they don't respond to emails.
