Very happy with the product and fast delivery.

As first time renovators it was extremely daunting picking and ordering bathroom products, however the team were really helpful with ideas and have a massive collection of inspiration posts featuring their very own products (great for non decorative people like me lol). Everything arrived within time frame, great quality and I love how it all turned out! Thank you all so much.

The response by staff to our damaged goods was great unfortunate we had to wait another week to receive new vanity. Bathroom had been pulled apart. Thank you anyway for customer service.

I have to admit to hesitating when writing a positive review as I did experience a few problems with despatch and delivery. The upside was that staff were very helpful and did their utmost to rectify the situation - which they did in the end. On that basis I would use Prodigg again and I feel confident that I would be looked after - which is more than I could say for a lot of companies I have dealt with.
Also, the pricing is excellent, as is the production selection.

Look , the products are great and good pricing and the availability to deliver australia wide is good. However, i can never get in contact with anyone other then the answer service they use who just pass on a message, then i get told you tried to call however i always have my phone and noone leaves a message. I have had to have 2 seperate deliveries at this point as items where missing and i am still missing part of my order and waiting for someome to call. Probably would not buy here again out of pure frustration.

I found a great vanity at an awsome price. The vanity was delivered within 10 days and was in perfect condition. I am very happy with my p urchase and the delivery. One small begative was that the tracking of the order was not kept up to date in my prodigg account. Otherwise the whole online shopping experience with prodigg was very good.

My delivery finally arrived. There was a web site issue with tracking, but thankfully the phone support clarified the delivery and were very helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Prodigg. The delivery was extremely slow and when the sink I ordered arrived it wasn’t a countertop sink it was a wall hung sink. Prodigg was extremely evasive and didn’t answer or return phone calls or emails. I had to go to PayPal disputes to get my money back.

GREAT BATH. GREAT SERVICE (RECEIVED NEXT DAY) SO GREAT TO HAVE A PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. SO DIFFERENT TO SO MANY COMPANIES. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH PRODIGG AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Visited Prodigg showroom and a shipment had just arrived so didn't need to put anything on back order. Staff were very helpful. Purchased a bath and stool which were delivered promptly. The plug wasn't with the bath so phoned Prodigg and this was immediately sent to me. Happy with the quality and appearance of the bath (not yet installed). Overall a positive experience.
