I appreciate recruiters who…

I appreciate recruiters who thoughtfully reach out to me with job information. I was hired at my current job because of a thoughtful recruiter.

Akanksha from procomservices.com just sends out mass spam to purchased or stolen email lists. I received info for a junior marketing manager job while I currently hold a director position. This makes their whole operation look amateur.

This is not recruiting. If you want real recruiting done, hire someone else.
