BEWARE! Despite the name “Prochlan Toronto” this company is based in China
Item was poor quality, took forever to arrive and despite website stating 30 day return period they do everything in their power to stop you returning

Short period to ship back to China (at your cost)
They send numerous “offers” to put you off returning
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Bought a quality branded jacket and received a poor quality unbranded jacket. They are selling products that had never exist. I’ve been fished and regardless numerous emails they still refused to refund me. They offered me to ship back the product to China, even if I’m a canadian customer who bought from a canadian seller.
Really disapointing.
Beware, I should have known when the credit card company questioned my purchase. The sizing was totally off and product had no label or size identified (knock-off).
Their 30 day return is meaningless. They could resend the order at your cost and no guarantee what will be received. Other options were: Return the defective product at your cost, keep the defective product and get a 60% voucher or keep the product and get a 30%credit.
In all cases I did not end up with any product that was functional.
If it's not a scam then be wise and stay away.... Run while you can.....
T Prochlan SUCKS - their products are NOT as advertised and they say you can return their crap to China even though it was shipped from Mississauga. Liars and cheaters should be banned in Canada
