According to tracking information, there was no one in at your address to sign for your parcel. We have tried calling, sent an email and text with tracking information to allow you to arrange a re-delivery or collection. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Bad experience
Good product as always. But paid for express delivery for it not to be delivered until almost a week later. And communication wasn’t great where it also took multiple days to even get so much as a response, only for them to blame the postal system.
Not friendly at all.

We established that your local sorting office have had strike disruption so this is the reason for the delay. We responded within 24 hours of your message and we did our best to help you as communication is a top priority for us.
