The buttons for modifying/cancelling…

The buttons for modifying/cancelling subscriptions were not working for a few days and their Sales and Orders team were not responding my emails, so I ended up with an unwanted 70 EUR repurchase.

Thank you for raising this. We can see from our records that we replied to your email on 26 January and sent a direct link to manage your subscription, along with adjusting your delivery date.
We’re sorry the subscription buttons weren’t working as expected during that period. That’s a frustrating experience and we take it seriously.
If you were charged for an order you didn’t want as a result, please contact us directly at sales@probiotic.ie and we’ll resolve it straight away.
We want every customer to feel in control of their subscription at all times

Seamless process, excellent communication with real person and not AI/automated. An welcome change.
I cannot comment on the product just yet as it, but hope to in time. But as a company I would recommend for range of products, communication & delivery.
