First order was ok.
Second I received was just salt (from kitchen).
Never ever from that site.

I am very surprised by the completely negative reviews on this company.

I have been a customer for years - under its first name still in business (DutchCitySales).
I never had the slightest problem.

One time, my order never arrived. As it was a UPS shipment - therefore traceable - it was sent back to me once identically and for free.

Be aware that if your order is more than a couple of grams and if you take the “send by PostNL” option, you will probably not receive anything: the employees of the Post Office spot the thick envelopes and steal them.

On the other hand, if you order just 1 or 2 gr, they will be put in a simple envelope and you will receive them within 3 or 4 days.

I know that Track and Trace shippings are only available from 150€ but…at least you can sleep at night haha.

Finally, for those who say that the company does not respond to their complaints: are you using their ticket messaging system ?
They only answer through this system. If you send simple emails, no one will answer you: it is clearly specified on the site.

Je suis très surpris des avis totalement négatifs sur cette société.

Voilà des années que je suis client -sous son 1er nom toujours en activité (DutchCitySales).
Je n’ai jamais eu le moindre problème.

Juste une fois, ma commande n’est pas arrivée: comme c’était un envoi UPS - donc traçable - on me l’a renvoyée à l’identique gratuitement.

Sachez que si vous commandez pour plus de 2gr et que vous prenez l’option “envoi par la Poste”, vous ne recevrez sans doute rien: les employés de la Poste repèrent les envelopes épaisses et les volent.

En revanche, si vous commandez juste 1 ou 2 gr, ils seront mis dans une simple enveloppe et là vous les recevrez sous 3 ou 4 jours.

Je sais que les envois suivis ne sont disponibles qu’à partir de 150€ d’achats mais…au moins on dort la nuit haha.

Enfin, pour ceux/celles qui disent que l’entreprise ne répond pas à leurs réclamations : utilisez-vous bien la messagerie par tickets ?
En effet, ils ne répondent qu’avec ce système. Si vous envoyez de simples mails, personne ne vous répondra : c’est bien précisé sur le site.

Fake!! U send ur money and they never send you the product... U open a ticket and they never reply!!
Scam!! Fraud!!!

No order delivered and no refund

I place my order on April 18th. Then they wrote me that the product was not available and offered another or a refund. I asked for another product to be shipped and it's been 2 months and they say that it was delivered (regular mail) but nothing has arrived to my place.

Been chasing them but they offer no solution. Looks like a scam.

I ordered And pay by bank transfer, And after waiting more of The atinares time to arrive, my order never came, a fake website. Hice un pedido y pagué por transferencia bancaria, pero después del tiempo estimado de llegada no recibí nada. Sin duda una estafa, no pidas si no quieres perder tu dinero.
