Purchased the Pro11 Wellbeing Ergonomic Kneeling Chair. Pro11 Wellbeing provided excellent customer service after the chair broke (After 5 years of use). They quickly identified the parts that needed to be replaced an shipped them out via a next day delivery. No Fuss. No drama, just excellent customer service. I wish all companies would work like this. I would have no hesitation to use this company again.
This is the second time I have ordered a large shoulder brace large the brace arrived 9inches smaller than another large size i bought elsewhere. I have tried email telephone no response from either I have tried text with a photo which didn't go through to The number given 01934278053 Makes me wonder if this company is genuine
Seems to make a difference and gives better support in the shoe than without it. Will have to see if make a difference to painful toes in about a weeks time.
Customer service was a real treat, competent person actually caring for the customer. Unfortunately the product isn't as laudable : cheap stuff that gets crushed to a non existent sheet of worthless junk. And I'm not even that heavy (75kg)... I threw them in the bin after 2 weeks right when I noticed that the area which was supposed to provide cushioning was as flat and rigid as a cardboard sheet. Not worth the purchase at all. Oh and should I mention.. depending on your shoe size being right above the lower size limit or right under the upper limit, the plantar support will be either too big or too short anyway, so there's a good chance these will be painful for a vast majority of users.. they were for me.
I bought some orthotics (via Groupon offers) online. They arrived within 2 weeks and after speaking to the local Podiatry team at the orthopaedic hospital, I feel confident about which ones will be best in which type of shoes/boots. (It wasn't obvious, for instance, with some of them which insole was for the left/right shoe as I have a 'minor ankle/foot injury' and it's important not to exasperate the problem further). The 1/2 shoe orthotic insoles are a better design for my injury especially in wellies and other low heeled shoes/sports shoes
Had sciatic nerve pain for last 7 months bought pro11wellbeing tens machine fantastic. No more tablets that didn't touch the pain. Slim and discreet so could wear for work. No more pain would definitely recommend
A great device to alleviate painful neck and back pain of several years.
Daily use of the Pro 11 brings me much relief. A plus is that it is simple to use and can be packed for trips away. Would highly recommend it.
Plantar fasciitis insoles are great I have about 6 pairs now.
I suffer badly from plantar fasciitis and ordered their orthotic sandals (flip flops) as they boast an integrated high arch support. I must say I certainly have not been disappointed and felt the support the moment I put tried them on. These were meant for outdoor use as I ordered the high arch slippers at the same time for indoors. Sadly the slipppers are not at all comfortable and the integrated high arch support is no use and is just an annoying hard little lump. I have resorted to keeping the flip flops for indoor use and will be swapping the slippers for another identical pair of flip flops for outdoors.
Amazing company, brilliant insoles and products for people with bad feet or foot problems, I have tried other companies and their insoles are the best and most cheapest best made on the market. Their customer service is second to none. I wish other companies took a leaf out of their book for customer service. Had a problem with an order and they were brilliant.AAA+++
