Coinbase is a joke. They will steal your money and then try to convince you that they’re not stealing it but yet it’s not in your Coinbase account. This is happened not once but twice I’ve called support 100 times and each time I call him more money comes up, missing out my account each time so I would not recommend Coinbase for anybody. They are crooks.

I got in touch with L elfuk after a crypto scam, William was extremely helpful, he listened and gave me the best advice on how proceed with my case. I was then passed onto Alice foster, she dealt with writing a letter on my behalf to Revolut bank, she dealt with the whole case very professionally!
Just need to wait for the outcome now

I deposited money to coinbase when I wanted to withdrawal my money The coinbase wants put hefty charge. Lossen learned do NOT deal with coinbase. Highway robbery.

I've lost transaction fees from their interface toggling from withdrawl to deposit so I had to pay transaction fees twice. Also signed up for a trial of CoinBase One. Was unable to get back to my technolgoy on the weekend in time to cancel. Charged me $299 and refused to refund me. Pulling all my cash out and using a different platform. Hope they fail with policies like this.

Opened up new account, went through verification process, link bank account, wire transfered 15k, tried to add more... wouldn't work.. live chat customer service told me account froze. I couldn't buy stocks, or withdraw 15k. No real reason. So I opened up U.S. Binance account and as soon as my 15k is released.. I'm withdrawing everything and selling my stocks that are there and closing account forever.. They are possibly costing me thousands as we are coming out of a bear market...

The platform works good, but as a customer you are nothing to them.
I was a victim of a scam. My bank file a report, and Coinbase ban me for life without any explanation or a chance to explain the situation. Even then I told them that I would fully cooperate and provide any documentation required, they said no, and that I can not reapply for a new account in the future either.

Diabolical customer support. Platform is good but if you have any issues forget getting it resolved. Clearly a company which won't be around much longer!

I have dealt with Coinbase (Pro), Kraken, FTX(US), and Crypto.com. Understanding that crypto is like the wild, wild west compared to stocks, Coinbase Pro seems to be the best combination for me. The trading is efficient and quick, and the systems seem to work pretty smoothly.

Overall I have been satisfied, but I will say, the Crypto finance companies have a long way to before they are ready for the mainstream. You can't just have frozen accounts and missing funds and not respond to the customers.

It is almost impossible to ever talk to someone at a company like this, and you can spend a lot of time dealing with bots in support. They really need to up their game in customer support and hire real, live people.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are no phone support!! When they are wrong they don’t own up to their mistakes and completely stop responding to your emails. My limit sell failed to initiate when I reach it and exceeded the amount I set. When I emailed them for help they had nothing to say and stopped responding to my cry to answers. Coinbase Pro is a F****** joke. PLEASE BE AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!! NO SUPPORT IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS AND WONT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES!!! IM SO DONE WITH THIS FILTHY COMPANY.

6 months of application review and next to nothing support and status update!!
We made a huge mistake by trusting this company and submitting our institution application. Much better choices out there. These guys do not respect the customers to even reply to their emails. The last one after a month and then nothing!
We just asked them to terminate our account but it is worrying since they asked for all sorts of personal and company documents from us, and now we need to make sure all the data are terminated.

These guys are making incredible amounts of money, yet refuse to provide any phone support! You're forced into an infuriating automated bot system that feeds you reams of help articles to read through at your leisure, when you simply need help from a human.

I tried to send MATIC to my hardware wallet and the money disappeared. I desperately need to speak to someone at Coinbase for urgent help and I can't! I'm dealing with an automated email system that keeps sending me on a loop. I answered all of the requirements in the emails, sent supporting evidence and....nothing back apart from an email asking if my problem got resolved and could I take time to give them feedback!
This is without mentioning all of the hidden fees and the miraculous changes in price (to your disadvantage,) that can mysteriously happen when you go to exchange one crypto coin to another via their app. Always be sure to check other verified platform to make sure that they're not ripping you off and giving you a massively below market-price.

Although, I eventually got swift response when orbitrecovery stepped into the matter. But this last ordeal definitely was the final straw for me.

This is a rug pull company (like all of the crypto exchanges are), and the app & site were constructed to trade against their customers and steal as much money as possible through trading tactics that are outlawed on Wall Street. If you are lucky enough to buy low and sell high and get out, then you're one of the 5%. The other 95% of their customers are their victims that they utilize a variety of tactics to steal their customers money; whether that may be freezing the site and locking out their customers, not executing trades when selected, preventing limit orders from executing, utilizing shady money managers/algorythms/bots to force customers to trade higher or lower than planned, freezing charts during runs, freezing pages, log in issues, inside pump & dump schemes, flat out crypto manipulation of the coins on their platform, open arms to known rug pullers on their platform, stealing cryptos, allowing hacks to drain customer accounts, maintenance during sell offs, manipulating coins they are invested in (SOL for just one example), back door deals with whales no doubt, thieving trading bots implemented to slowly manipulate runs to cause panic selling or FOMO to cost average, utilizing chart technology to cause illusion to force buying/selling, and essentially running the same exact algorithms as a slot machine with similar results that slowly pull the rug out from all of the investors who are coerced by advertising/bots on forums/other communication avenues to keep buying the dip as it will inevitably prove to be one giant Ponzi scheme rug pull at the very end. Then they close up shop as investors are left with no access to their funds. The biggest sham in modern day history happening right before our eyes. This is not only not a trustworthy company, this is a flat out illegal thieving operation run by crooks and planning to be one of the major rug pull players of the greatest financial crime to ever happen. Worst part about it is that nobody will stop them. Getting fast money or slowly making money over time is tempting, but this operation was rigged to either take your money quick or slowly take it all over time. Buyer beware. And you don't have to believe me, just look at all the other people that are saying the same things I am saying. It's a scam, a rug pull, a giant mirage, a thieving derived business strategy, and ultimately a manipulated game of hungry-hungry-hippo. They will steal all of your money and you will lose (or at least 90% of you). It's gambling, no different, just except it's more manipulated and rigged and geared to ultimately steal as much as possible from their clients. It might be easier just to save your time and send them a check. It will save you the stress and you'll probably lose less money that way.

who the f do you think you are. f locking avalanche on a crash so you can't sell and buy. i love your platform otherwise but why stop manipulating the market unacceptable behaviour

I've been trying to transfer out my XRP to another wallet but the app keeps showing me an error saying I need to restart the app but it just won't work. I contacted support and got an automated response then they closed my ticket to say "Thanks for working with Coinbase Support. We hope you were able to get the help you needed."

My issue is still not resolved, and you can't seem to speak to a real person, terrible customer service!

I am not impressed. Could not buy OR get my money back out. Still have 4K tied up here. Such a disappointment.

I would not even give them one star. This is by fat the WORST trading platform in the world. I was was forced to Coinbase Pro when the real Binance shut down. Coin Base Pro is slow, constantly breaking down, crashing, and all kinds of strange thing happened especially when a crypto begins to make big moves. Coin Base Pro will block access so to can’t trade. Limit orders are a complete joke. The company’s only advantage is it converts fiat to crypto. O they have the highest fees in the world for small time traders. They are a disgustingly greedy company with no customer support at all, just a robot that does not work. Very frustrating

STAY AWAY!
Cannot link accounts, cannot send money back, taken them 6 months and still ongoing!!! Extremely poor service with folks who are clueless what they are doing and each time getting someone new who asks the same questions without reading the chains of complaints. Extremely frustrating!
