I booked my scan shortly after my husband as his experience was brilliant. I had to wait slightly longer for my scan appointment but it was worth it to be able to have my scan a shorter distance away. All staff I was in contact with were fabulous! Professional and compassionate. The scan itself was professionally carried out.
There was a slight hitch in getting my report, but only because it was lost in transit to my email hence still giving 5stars. Once I contacted the team I had it within 10minutes. The report is comprehensive and detailed and i am now able to adapt my exercises and overcome issues identified as much as possible.
I would highly recommend the whole process!

NHS waiting time for my MRI was 2 months but with Pro Scan Imaging they offered a same day appointment. I was anxious and worried about the scan but the whole experience was so smooth and easy. Zak put me at ease and was really helpful. Everything was explained really clearly. Would highly recommend.
