Tommy and his dad came to the rescue one evening and were friendly, professional and honest. Fortunately it wasn't a big job. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future again, if needed.

Terry arrived on the same day as my call out and proceeded to work on the lock immediately.
As an additional part was required to be ordered they returned later to complete the job.

I used ChatGPT to locate and rate all locksmith around the slough area based on good reviews and fairness in pricing, and Pro-locks was listed first. I called and spoke to Terry about my problem He arrived at my door in less than an hour. His son Tommy arrived a few minutes later. It took them less than 30 minutes to sort out the issue. Very friendly family team. Money well spent.

Had a lock fitted by Pro Locks Ltd in Slough and I’m really impressed with the service. The lock itself is highly secure and the workmanship was excellent. Tommy and his dad came out to fit the lock and it was so nice to deal with there family run business.

I don’t often write reviews but I feel compelled to do so.

I had a dodgy lock which got stuck and I often rely on friends and family for recommended locksmiths. After not hearing back, I did a google search and found pro-locks as the local locksmith to me. I gave them a call and within 15 minutes of the call both Tommy and Timmy turned up and what a brilliant, hardworking father and son team they turned out to be.

On diagnosing the problem, the job should’ve taken around 15 minutes, however due to the honest nature of these people, it in fact took them about three hours to fix the issue due to other issues with the door. They would not leave until the job was completed to a high standard and the door fully secured. During this time with the door open, the outside temperature was minus 2 and both of these individuals continued to work tirelessly and professionally in solving the issue. They even went as far as realigning our door as that was creating an issue with the locking mechanism.

I can honestly say that this team went about their business in a meticulous yet very friendly manner and without frustration despite the longevity of the job.

In my dealings with many different businesses and trade’s people, Pro Locks Limited went above and beyond the call of duty that I have never experienced from other businesses before.

They are true to their word and are very, very reasonable in their prices.

If I could, I’d give them a 10 star review as they were honest throughout and did far more than what was first thought to get the job completed.

I was locked out of my house with my dog and in a stressful situation. Terry and Tommy were absolute lifesavers. While other locksmiths quoted me double, they charged a fair and reasonable price.

Polite & prompt, old school touch👌Organised Pro-Locks 2 days before exchange/completion on a portfolio of properties from another landlord who had some problem tenants. Our usual locksmith was unable to come out. My brother & I are originally from West London so do not know Slough that well (Thank God for Google), we are property investors who have recently started investing in Slough and other SL postcodes. Terry was there 15 minutes early and ready, we got handed the keys by the vendor and Terry got to work on the locks straight away. So glad to have found Pro-Locks and will be using them going forward for all our acquisitions from now on. Would recommend them to anyone who needs locks changed ASAP after completing on a purchase. It's a must, as you do not know who has the keys to your new place!

Great lads, respectful and professional, recently there’s been braking in the area, I called for advice and help, came to visit and changed all my locks at a reasonable cost - I would recommend with out any hesitation, highly recommend…

I called several locksmiths to come to my rescue when my patio door lock broke and Tommy was the first to respond. Tommy and his dad, Terry, came out in double-quick time and I can’t rate them highly enough! Despite my patio door being ancient, they immediately put in a temporary lock whilst swiftly sourcing appropriate parts for my door. Whilst here, they also fixed 2 failed window locks! They are efficient, skilled, friendly, courteous, tidy and have fair pricing, which is explained very clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them out again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Another fabulous job by Pro Locks. My lock broke at 10.30 pm and I was dreading the call out charge from locksmiths but was so pleased with Pro Locks' service. Very reliable, punctual and honest. Super reasonable prices, no call out charge!😃
