Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish
Waited three weeks for KTM Superduke hanger bolts and they sent ones for a Honda VFR. Then they asked me to send bolts back for a refund i.e they expected me to queue in a post office during covid lockdown to return some bolts that cost £18 and they expected me to pay my own postage. What a bunch of jokers.

Very poor service, not customer orientated
A website that allows you to order but does not list out of stock Items, when contacted and asked if it had been posted I was told it would be two months before they had stock so they offered another colour, I asked them to send the alternative as it was needed in a hurry, 10 days later still no item, poor customer service, happy to take your money but not in a hurry to get the item to you.

Painfully slow website
Painfully slow website. 2 or 3 minutes between each click of the mouse so eventually gave up and didn't bother. They seem to have a great customer service though so I might have another go when I've got a few hours to wait for the website to load.
