They actually paid out!

They actually paid out!
The only thing I did not like is that most surveys screen me out.

Hey Roy! Congrats on your first redemption!

Surveys typically will have a set of qualifications that are set by the researcher to determine qualification for their studies. Unfortunately, each survey does tend to have a specific qualification that must be matched or they may disqualify you.

Been with them 8 years and they are…

Been with them 8 years and they are pure garbage. They never fix problems. They allow partners to scam you and they're outdated asf. Still waiting 4 days for support when companies made today will have 24/7 immediate support. Trash will not visit again.

Thank you for being a member for the past 8 years. We truly appreciate the time you’ve spent with us, and we’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience.

We want to clarify that we have recently made major updates to our site, both on the front end and internally, to improve the overall experience. Our support team typically responds within 12 hours, but in cases involving provider investigations, resolution times can take longer depending on how quickly the provider completes their review.

We understand how disappointing that can feel, and we appreciate your feedback.

Hi Jet,

We’re sorry for the confusion.

You earn points by completing surveys or offers, and once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. After a reward is redeemed, it is typically processed within 24 hours.

I've literally been cashing out almost every single day!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much when I signed up less than a month ago but it’s actually been incredible. I've literally been cashing out almost every single day!

I even won one of their raffles without doing anything extra. I just used the entries I earned naturally from using the site. Today I leveled up to Gold+ level. I requested a cashout and got my reward in 5 minutes.

It's definitely worth your time.

I am giving PrizeRebel 1 star

I am giving PrizeRebel 1 star, but not because the platform is bad. Honestly, I think the platform itself is very good If you asked me, I would give it 8 out of 10.

I am writing this to explain something that made me upset. There was a time when I completed 5 surveys in a row and did not get any rewards, The longest time was 11 surveys in a row with no reward which I was very frustrated and thought the platform was a scam. But then I decided to look more closely and I found out the problem is not PrizeRebel itself it is their main survey provider host: SAMPLICIO

Here is what I learned:

1. PrizeRebel mostly uses a survey company called SAMPLICIO. This company gives about 60–100% of their surveys. SAMPLICIO has a very low reward rate. That means if you finish 10 surveys, you might only get paid for 5 to 7 of them if you are lucky.

It can look like PrizeRebel is not paying, but really it is because many of the surveys come from SAMPLICIO. This is my main problem and I think PrizeRebel should fix it.

2. On other survey websites, SAMPLICIO surveys also have the same problem The difference is that other websites do not use Samplicio as their main provider like PrizeRebel does.

SOLUTION:

1. Try to focus on surveys from SaySo, Innovation, and Spectrum. These usually pay much better, you can get rewarded for 9 out of 10 surveys, or even all 10 as long as they do not send/redirect you to a SAMPLICIO survey.

2. If you still want to do SAMPLICIO surveys, be careful, some surveys alone will not pay you even after you finish.

Some surveys alone don’t pay after completion no matter the host make your research AVOID THOSE SURVEYS

Simplified:

SAMPLICIO + bad survey = 1 to 3 out of 10 chance of reward
Spectrum + bad survey = about 7 out of 10 chance
Innovation + bad survey = about 7 out of 10 chance
SaySo + bad survey = about 7 out of 10 chance

AGAIN: Do your own research before starting survey, some are good and some are not.

3. SAMPLICIO surveys only give you 2 hours to finish. If you take longer than 2 hours on a particular survey you will not get rewarded, even if you complete and submit the survey. But with SAYSO, Innovation, and SPECTRUM, you can take longer, even hours or a whole day and still get rewarded after completion. This is a big difference and an important thing to know.

4. You can still participate in surveys hosted by SAMPLICIO but you need to Avoid some surveys because they don’t compliment each other and make sure you complete it on or before 2 hours anything after that you won’t get rewarded by SAMPLICIO this is how the host function.

My message to PrizeRebel:

We, the people who take surveys, would be very happy if you changed from SAMPLICIO to a better survey/higher converting provider. Your platform deserves 5 stars, but it will be hard to give that rating if SAMPLICIO stays your main provider.

Thank you for reading my honest review I would really like to see a reply from your team

Thanks.

And remember — always do your own research before completing surveys.
