Easiest way to get and manage gift card. Awesome! Love it !

Like many others who have submitted to the BBB and made complaints on that site, they sent me a casino payout gift card to Lowe's home improvement. The card can't be added as a gift card to Lowe's and if you check the balance it tells you something is wrong. Prizeout's suggestion is some family member must have stolen the card. That's not what the issue is. It doesn't say the card has a zero balance, it indicates the card number or Pin is invalid. They are a scam site in partner with the scam casinos.

Still waiting for it to be resolved every email is that it's being escalated

I love prizeout! I’m disabled, and being able to get instacart and door dash has been very helpful to me. I’ve never had a problem :)

I cashed out my balance a month ago, but the gift cards are still "pending". I have written multiple emails trying to contact customer support about this issue, but they never respond.

Usually im very satisfied with prizeout but this time im not happy i redeemed a gift card and got an aproval saying my card was sent to the email and i nevr got it!!

I have been waiting for two weeks after approved gift card redemptions from Jackpota a total of 5 and I keep getting automated emails from prize out saying technical error sending automated gift cards to my email. I’ve received cards and emails from them earlier this year but now I’m at my wits end! I even tried to create an account on their website and it won’t let me . It’s not Jackpota’s fault but they shouldn’t use them if they don’t end up paying me .

The only reason I am rating a 4 instead of 5 is because it appears that Walmart/Sam's Club has been taken off of the Prize out platform. Otherwise,no complaints!

I won 125$ on modo and cashed out a Kroger gift card from Prizeout that should have been sent on 2/9/26. I have emailed every single day and gotten nothing except the same pre generated email twice that says something about a technical issue. I am livid and can get NO ONE to help me!!

If I could give no stars I would. It has been over a week since I submitted for my card and still have not received it and no one is emailing me back. I will be reaching out to the appropriate people. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Prizeout is so fast and easy to use... plus the bonuses are incredible!

I didn't get all my gift cards

Gift cards don’t work even when placed in app. This site is fraud and the authorities will be contacted

I have emailed multiple times and keep getting the same response that prizeout will be contact me back in a few hours. Also I was given an invalid eBay code and have still not received a new or redeemable eBay code back. I just keep getting the same email, that prizeout will be with me shortly.

Great experience every single time I’ve used prizeout, so that makes it easy to say I will definitely use again.
