I reached out to this company in early September to request product samples for potential private-label collaboration. After nearly two months and more than a dozen back-and-forth emails trying to get basic communication, the samples were shipped to the wrong address, returned, and had to be resent.
When I finally expressed that the experience had been frustrating and disappointing—especially after missing a holiday window—the company’s VP of Sales responded by telling me my business wasn’t welcome. Their tone was shockingly unprofessional and defensive, particularly from a brand that publicly claims to be faith-based and even invites customers to “request prayer.”
It’s unfortunate, because I was genuinely excited to explore working with them. I hope they take this feedback seriously and align their customer service with the values they promote.
