This case is awful! At the looks of it and stuff I thought it was going to be good so I ordered it but it actually does really suck! It’s hard to type once the case is on and wouldn’t be recommending it to anyone else.

Best case I've used! Have been looking for a good case for a while and stumbled across it on an Instagram ad. The quality on it it great & the privacy screen is so cool!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I regret not reading these reviews before purchasing.
The case I bought does not fit, it’s flimsy and doesn’t actually close together despite being advertised as a protective phone case….
I have tried to get information as to how to refund (which is ambiguous at best on their website). I have been asked to supply photos and then videos of the issue (not easy when your phone is in the case causing the problem and you have to picture this….my phone being my only camera….). Round and round these requests went for days (sounds like i was lucky to even get a reply from a “MacKenzie haldane”). I have now been totally ghosted by them.
Here I am, still out of pocket, still no real reply as to how to return this and get a refund and stuck with this utterly pointless case.

Buy a phone case literally anywhere else.

I ordered 2 cases for the iPhone Pro 13 and iPhone Pro 14.
Both cases came in 10 days but both of them had poor quality, touch screen didn’t work at all, I sent them both back and requested a refund in advance through email.
Through the email Private Case team replied to me with the address and said that I have to pay for the parcel and send them my receipt and when they’ll get cases back, they’ll send my money back with the amount I paid for parcels as well.

Apparently, since I sent the parcel 26.09.23, nothing changed till now.
I sent all receipts and asked when they gonna refund me. No reply!

I texted them six time and didn’t get reply.

I spent more than 50£ on these cases and none of their team wants to take responsibility and is not brave enough to reply to me.

Bought this, was terrible product. Thew it in the bin after 30 mins of use. They delete your comments if they are negative. screen is not good enough and you have to press hard to type or click on it. It is also very smooth so likely to be launched out of your hand. Overall, wasted my money.

Shocking quality and not worth £2 never mind £24! Only had it a week and has broken after dropping from my van dashboard to a thick rubber mat. Terrible in sunlight. Don’t waste your money.

AVOID like the plague!

The case is flimsy and poorly made. Lasted 15 days before randomly cracking and chipping in my pocket… With the glass protector on it makes it hard to type and the privacy glass tricks your phone into thinking it’s by your ear when calling so you can’t hang up.

Truly, don’t waste your time and money. Absolute scam.

Absolutely awful customer service. This case was faulty, it didn’t close properly, like the magnets didn’t catch on one side. Their advice was to make sure I didn’t have a screen protector on my phone and to make sure I took off the plastic from the case. Duh! I’m not a moron. Then they said to push on the case to make sure the magnets caught.
I just want to return this one and have another sent out. Or a refund.

1. It cracks really easily, one drop 2cm off the ground or table and it cracks. The entire thing is cracked after only a few days of using it
2. Privacy screen means you can’t use it when driving for directions or showing anyone anything on your screen without them having it literally in front of them, I didn’t realise how inconvenient that would be
3. It’s basically a scam website, they have 21 5* reviews because they only accept positive reviews! My negative one won’t appear
4. Tried to fob me off with 15% off the next order but I don’t want another one!
5. Not touch sensitive, you have to really tap hard to have the keyboard respond

Absolute scam !
Case arrived with chips on the screen.
Phone signal drops off when the case is on the phone.
Poor quality. Product not fit for purpose.
Complained to privacy case but just fobbed off. Will be reporting this company to trading standards!

I would give less than 1 star

They have not given me a refund. I didn’t even accept the package it was refused at the door as they gave the wrong size and I emailed them within 1 minute of purchase to change the size. But they don’t listen or refund me

It lasted 3 days. I tried to contact the customer service for a refund or replacement but they wanted be to buy a new one and they would have sent two instead so one would have been free.
Really low quality, made in china.
Left a comment on their instagram page but my comments were deleted.

Within days the privacy screen was peeling off. Said they’d replace it to keep an eye out on emails, week later still nothing so chased it, said it’ll be with me today. Still no email

The phone case and phone screen both broke within days of ordering. On top of that, the case prevents the phone getting signal or data-I’d imagine due to the magnetic element. Would not recommend.

I received my case and put it on my phone on Thursday - looks lovely, initially delighted.
Unfortunately I dropped my phone today and the glass at front is now chipped and sharp at the corner.
Probably stupidly, I’ve ordered another one……

Product looks nice but provides absolutely no protection if dropped. Within a few weeks the protective case cracked and splintered despite product description. When asked how this can be fix I was offered a 15% discount on a new one. What a joke. This company preys consumers via internet marketing. The product was just garbage. Avoid.

The product is terrible! Bought two very expensive cases and both cracked within 2 days.
Low quality and expensive. The fact that they know it's a terrible product and still sell it, says a lot about the company. Do not recommend this product at all

AVOID - iiCASE does much better quality cases for similar price or cheaper
Should’ve stuck to what I knew.

Still waiting for a refund on my return which was made 3+ weeks ago (and DELIVERED with proof 2 weeks ago!!) only to be told a refund is not possible for returned goods… returns policy on their website states otherwise!!! terrible service!
