This is a follow-up to my February rating after we had our catamaran cruise on September 4th. While I was TOTALLY impressed by this company's immediate response and services in February to contract a charter, it's seems after I made the final payment on July 26th, they "disappeared". I was left hanging until 7 days before the charter.

My contract was for 10 am to 5 pm, 6 hours with a charter on Mallorca, we selected this time frame so as to join our friends for a dinner engagement at 6:30 in Palma, 35 minutes away. The catamaran company were wonderful people, great captain and service, best paella in all of Mallorca. When we arrived at 9:45 am (early) we waited until 10:10, past our pick up time, and I called the catamaran company dirctly off of the shared emailes from 7 days prior and spoke with the owner, she said Pristine "booked it for 11 to 18:00 (6 pm)". I indicated that that could not be since my contract from Pristine was 10 to 5 and there were finally multiple cc'd communications with Pristine and the owner of the charter company incating 10 to 5. Apparently Pristine contracted at 11 am, not 10 am. Short of it is this: we were left hanging, we did not have our contracted time, and we had to stop our day cruise an hour short, costing us money.

I asked Pristine to refund the lost hour, that day. The response was to reimburse me $204 €. I'm still waiting for it, with more than a couple of varied excuses from, they can't use Venmo, they asked for PayPal, I've given it twice, and even now why not a credit to my credit card that was used?

Dal, I'm very disappointed. For anyone looking for a boat charter broker, look elsewhere.

Had a lovely anniversary week of sailing with my partner in the British Virgin Islands on the amazing lagoon catamaran. Made some friends for life, and we're really happy Dal introduced us to shared cabin charters as we would really never have known about them. The beaches were stunning, the yacht was huge and we ate way too much! Can't wait to do this again closer to home. Thank you.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time sailing for a week in the Abacos. We booked through Pristine Yachting, and the whole experience was super easy and hassle-free.
Our yacht was incredible and spacious and our top-class crew Captain Pieter and Chef Ana provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The crew were always friendly and professional, truly a trip of a lifetime. The only negatives were problems with the air conditioning and the seabob, but the aircon was fixed mid-trip and we were kindly offered a token refund for the hassle. Thoroughly impressed with the great service from all.

After meeting Dal in Paros last year, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Pristine Yachting to book our second family sailing vacation in Greece - our second home. The customer service interactions are fast and professional, and there's a real personal element. Thankfully we've been able to retain our skipper from last year, so we can't wait for August already. We hope to see you again on the high seas.

Just booked a sailing trip with the guys in Sardinia for the summer, its our first time, can't wait. Great service from Pristine Yachting so far, Dal's been Excellent.

I just want to say a big thank you to Pristine Yachting and Dal for setting up our charter and sailing us around the Cyclades back in August. We had crazy windy weather (we were warned) but it never seemed too much hassle and we always felt safe. We had some super crazy sailing days but we never had to get stuck in a port like some others did, and just had the best time and a laugh a minute. Cheers for a great week, great boat and great memories.  10/10.  Bri.

Our trip to sail the islands of Greece was a much-anticipated one. As a group of eight, some of us were more comfortable on the boat, sailing, walking the plank, etc., than others. But our experience level did not matter during our sailing vacation because Sarah and Dal were extremely accommodating and made it a special week. From expertly serving as our skipper and welcoming us with their warmth and hospitality, Sarah always outdid herself with creativity in the kitchen with amazing meals, making excellent recommendations for our island time, and meeting the needs of our group. Sarah and Dal could not have been a better crew for our first sailing vacation. We can only hope they will be available to us when we sail again – any vacationer would be lucky to have them as their host and skipper. I have travelled to Europe many times and sailing to different islands on a beautiful Catamaran is the only way to do it! Looking forward to the next one.

Dal set up a cabin charter for us in the BVI with Dream Yacht Charter, on a Lagoon 620. We weren't that sure of the idea of sharing a boat with people we didn't know, but the crew were incredible welcoming and went to great lengths to integrate the different groups onboard. I think the heavy barrage of cocktails and games on the first night may have helped... but we've made friends for life and are already looking to book again for 2023. Can't recommend Dal's commitment to make sure we had the best time. Great comms, provided an abundance of information and without a doubt wouldn't have chosen this style trip without him suggesting it. We can't wait for next year already.

Dal was fabulous with communication and from the very start. He was able to work with a local yacht owner accommodate the exact needs of our group of 12. We didn’t even up being able to go on the trip because some members of our party had to leave earlier on the day of but I would highly still highly recommend based on communication, professionalism and accommodation alone.

Amazing trip again through Pristine Yachting.  We are now home again and enjoying the many great memories we created over the festive period sailing in from St Lucia.  We had some technical issue with the air conditioning, nobody's fault, but Dal talked to the base to help solve the problem, and we had a great Captain - so the problem solved quickly.  I look forward to booking again for another faraway adventure and can strongly recommend his services with Pristine Yachting.  Professional and accommodating as always. We have just booked our sailing holiday for this summer via Pristine Yachting. Dal is just fantastic - so informative, knowledgable, friendly and professional. He made some great recommendations and we are really excited for our trip. Thanks Dal for making our booking experience great.

We had previously sailed with Dal in 2020 in Sardinia, and he was our Captain sailing around Sardinia. Between him and our Chef, we had a beautiful sailing trip, and when it came to booking our next sailing for 2021, we used the services of Pristine Yachting and had yet another perfect sailing experience onboard Migaloo, the Bali 4.8 catamaran, through the Aeolian Islands in Sicily. Massimo, the owner of the boat, was a great person and we were glad to make the connection. Thank you for another great time sailing and hope to see you again soon.

I could not imagine a better crew to sail with than Dal and Kate. They were attentive, professional, fun, welcoming, patient, funny, and knowledgeable ... just Google a list of positive adjectives, and every single one will apply to them.

Dal was an incredible captain. In our week on the boat with him he took us on daily excursions to local treasures he'd discovered in his travels, and when we requested an excursion we'd read about he made it happen. We saw some of the most beautiful and incredible sights I've ever seen thanks to him and Kate. Dal's prep work and knowledge of the area we were sailing (Cyclades, Greece) meant he always knew when to get us to port, both to ensure we would get a boat slip and to ensure we had ample time to explore the islands. There were eight passengers on the boat and he also took the time to give us all sailing lessons and to let us pilot the boat for a bit. I couldn't have asked for a better captain.

Kate was a wonderful host. She always had a smile and a quip ready for us, and she was just a delight and joy to be around. Every morning she had a lovely breakfast prepared for us, and every afternoon a different and always delicious meal. She was an excellent host, but she was also just a wonderful presence to have on board.

Both Dal and Kate kept the boat pristine and were always attentive to any requests we had.

Beyond expertise and customer service, they were just really fun to be around. We were thrilled when they'd join us for excursions or come to dinner with us in the evening, and I like to think that by the end we were more friends than patrons or customers. I'd be sceptical if anyone told me there's a better pair to sail with than Dal and Kate, and I hope one day I get the chance to sail with them again"

Amazing service and the trip of a lifetime. They were helpful all the way and their route suggestion was the best. We sailed the Athens route with a group of 11 and it was perfect. Can't wait to book again this summer. We were in touch with Dal who was excellent.
