Weak rising bar welds
We bought another folding clothes rail as the previous two had faulty weak welding on the rising bar. Both welds eventually broke. The welds on the new rail are similarly weak. The quality of these welds need strengthening.

Wardrobe hangers
This was a repeat purchase of Maroma Colibri lemongrass wardrobe hangers. They smell nice and do a great job of keeping away moths. My order was delivered promptly.

Moth traps
I’ve used these moth traps before successfully. This is the first order from Pristine. The moths fly happily by the traps!
They’re not attracting the moths at all. I’m very disappointed.

I'm sorry you're having a problem with this product. Couple of things to try/consider:
1) Product Setup - Please ensure you've removed the protective strip at the front which reveals the sticky strip which contains the pheromone. A video guide on how to use this product can be found here:

2) These traps are specific to Tineola Bisselliella - the common clothes moth. Seeing other moths around isn't an indicator of the traps ineffectiveness (there are over 100,000 species of moth worldwide!). Moths have extremely finely tuned olfactory systems. There are species of moths which can detect each other from several miles away - so it's entirely understandable that at close range if a moth doesn't detect a smell that would be attractive for them they wouldn't be attracted to it.

Procuct is excellent and shipping was quicker than expected. The best thing was the price, considerably cheaper than absolutely anywhere else which is a nice surprise when most other retailers are raising prices an everything.

I'm sorry we weren't able to fulfil your order - while it's very rare that we have stock issues, unfortunately in this case the fault is entirely with us. I understand it's very annoying.
I note you placed your order at 6.09am and we initiated the refund at 7.44am when we became aware of the issue - the delay of a few days is due to paypal processing the refund.
We will not have this product back till the summer time so there was no way we could make this right in an acceptable time frame.
