From start to finish

Anthony mandich

Anthony mandich was a very pleasing person to speak to. Though i wasn't able to qualify for a cash loan, he made me aware of my financial status. If im ever in the future I need to seek out a loan i would not hesitate to reach out to Anthony.

They send spam checks

They send spam marketing letters dressed up as stimulus / relief checks. They know it’s misleading, it’s meant to trick people into engaging with their marketing, why else would it be made to look like a fake check, as has been commented by other reviewers here. The usual nonsense reply “oh we put a disclaimer that it’s not a real check” — honestly, grow up and get a life. They also have artificially inflated Trustpilot ratings printed on their marketing, when their true rating is lower. A very unscrupulous company in my opinion.

A dream come true turned into a nightmare

PLEASE NOTE—this is an updated review, which was originally ranked at 5 stars but has since plummeted to 1 star. See below for update.

UPDATE: things seemed like they were off to a great start working with Heather O’Connell, but after a few weeks, the red flags began to appear. Heather offered me her personal number and said texting was the best way to communicate. She also provided instructions up front regarding what to do if I needed to adjust a payment date for their partnering law firm. Unfortunately, Heather’s responsiveness to my timely requests began to ebb from same hour to same day to maybe, if I was lucky, the same week, before ultimately tapering off into no response at all to several of my messages. Unfortunately, Heather chose the absolute worst time to ghost me: a week before I was planning on being out of the country for two weeks. I had reached out well in advance to try and work with Heather on rescheduling my withdrawal date until after my return, as I knew I wouldn’t be getting paid during my trip abroad. Not only did Heather not respond to my message, however, but I also ended up entrenched in the nightmare situation I was trying to avoid. I woke up to a message saying the legal company had taken money from my account several days earlier than they were supposed to—an event Heather claimed was unprecedented and unacceptable the first time it happened the month prior. After sending one last message to Heather asking for her help transferring me to a client agent manager who is better able to assist in timely situations like these, she provided a number and told me to call them myself, offering no further assistance and zero explanation for her declining communication. She was extremely unsympathetic about the fact that her negligence caused me to experience an emergency while out of the country, and her handling of this situation was even more of a slap in the face for me than the situation itself.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I called Priority Plus Financial, I was expecting a brutal uphill battle with someone I’d have to work tirelessly to convince I needed help. Instead, I was met with the human compassion and professional expertise of Heather O’Connell, who guided me through this process like it was effortless. I am truly grateful to know there are people like her in this business, who genuinely care about making a difference in people’s lives—and I look forward to working with her all throughout the many next steps of my new long term plan back to financial security.

He wasted my time and was not…

He wasted my time and was not forthcoming at all about the facts. I straight up asked about the offer specifics and he left out the most crucial part which was they do not pay off anything. They take your money for 6 months and pay your credit card monthly minimums all while the interest builds up on those balances left unpaid. Stay away from this scam at all costs@

Following your feedback, our upper management team conducted a full review of the call. We determined that the program was not explained in the clear, complete manner required by our standards. In particular, the structure of the program—including that balances are not immediately paid off—should have been disclosed plainly and upfront. When that level of clarity is not provided, it is unacceptable, and we do not condone that behavior.

As a corrective measure, the representative involved has been formally counseled and required to complete additional compliance and disclosure training. We have also reinforced mandatory scripting and disclosure requirements across our sales team to ensure that program mechanics, timelines, and limitations are consistently and accurately communicated before any enrollment discussion proceeds.

We take transparency seriously and are committed to ensuring that every individual has the information necessary to make an informed decision. We regret the frustration this caused and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, as it has allowed us to take meaningful corrective action.

I am on my way to being debt free!

I received a letter in the mail about helping me financially. I have been struggling trying to make ends meet, to no avail, no help or assistance, except to reconcile by making another loan! I usually don't reply to these offers, but I picked up the phone and dialed the number and was greeted by this pleasant, caring voice of: Matt Dalesandro. He started explaining what I received and how they could help me. He said he could help relieve some of my burden to where I will be able to pay off my credit cards and loans within a 5 years, I was relieved! I could see the light at the end of the tunnel!! The plan was awesome and doable! A heavy load was immediately lifted from my shoulders! He was empathetic, polite and very knowledgeable! I had a few days to think things over. It was a no brainer, no one else offered me something to ease my burden. I was sold when Matt said he will be with me as long as it takes to payoff the loan, I can call him whenever I have a question or need someone to talk to about my burden. He made me a game plan that I know I can follow and will be debt free. And I am saving lots of money and actually will have cash in my pocket, while I am paying off my loan! He is my Guardian Angel! I called about a letter I received in…

I called about a letter I received in the mail and spoke with Roxanne Carmen. Roxanne was very professional and clearly explained the process. While I still had some doubts, I appreciated that she treated me with respect, explained the program kindly and compassionately, and answered all my questions. I had spoken with other companies that offered to help me consolidate my debt, but Roxanne was the only one with whom I felt comfortable, so I decided to go through the process with her. This process was relatively quick, and I feel less stressed since completing it.

I received a mailing to apply for a loan

I received a mailing to apply for a loan, so I called, seemed legit. When I applied, giving my SS number like an idiot I was put on hold waiting to see if I was approved. While on hold I received a text message telling me I didn’t get the loan but qualified for debt consolidation. I responded, why would I do this with a credit score of 790 and no late fees. What a scam. This company had no intentions of giving a loan at all . My credit score should have gotten me that loan, but like I said there was no intent to give out a loan. What a bunch of losers.

I cant say enough about this company and the way they conduct the right customer service. I was helped by Rob Davis, he was professional , informative and respectful. Choosing your company tnxs to Darnell

Darnell was very patient with me thruought the entire time of answering any questions I had. He was very professional and kind because I'm a senior citizen on total disability. I chose him out of the other company's because we had many phone calls so to answer all my questions. I was quit nervous doing this, but he was able to explain everything with me. I can't say enough about Darnell. You have an excellent representative within your company, and representing your company. He wasn't pushy, especially when I got sick for over a week, and was able to contact him once I felt much better. That meant so very much to me. I am on my own, and cancer unfortunately took both parents and 3 siblings, so I don't have someone to call for help, especially in these kind of situations. So he calmed my nerves, and we finalized everything today. I thanked him for supporting me throught my decision to do this. It is a huge deal for me, and now I don't have the stress I usually have over worrying over my bills. Your company is so very fortunate to have him representing your company. Thank you Darnell.
