Very poor quality, grainny, scratched, not worth 55$. Not sure if this is just a poor item or a quality control issue. But very disappointed.

Pros: The plaque was as described and looked great.
Cons: The $9.99 stand you have to buy to show it off is so cheap looking. It is a 50c piece of particle board and detracts from the overall gift. Additionally shipping was poor. After 3 days of not getting a purchase or shipping confirmation I contacted the site. They then shipped the item and over a week later I got it. The low quality stand, slow shipping, and poor communication left a bad taste in my mouth.

BE AWARE: I NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT AND MY CREDITCARD HAS BEEN BILLED MONTHLY FOR 16 MONTHS AFTER.

Nothing like pictures, manufacturing defect. Text off center looking very silly. Really bad quality plastic for amount paid and stand is flimsy and probably will fall over if you breath on it.

Customer support offered to reimburse 25% of what I paid (after remining them 1 weeks waiting without reply) even if their product is so bad it can't be used.

This is despite their homepage proudly highlighting "Satisfaction Guarantee", right next to all their 5 star reviews and zero 1 star reviews. Their reviews (with laughable 4.9/5.0 score on their homepage) are obviously either faked or showing only cherrrypicked top scoring reviews, probably both.

Avoid this company and their consumer unfriendly practices at all cost.

My order went from preparing for shipment to never being shipped at all. Their customer service rep assured me my item was being shipped but it never was.

I encourage everyone to report this company to the BBB so we can get this investigated and shut down once and for all.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Same issue as everyone else. I didn't find out until 3 months later, after making a purchase they sign you up to a monthly subscription charging $38.77, my credit card description reads APPMONTHLYCLUB. Scammers do not buy anything from them!

Same issue as everyone else. I bought a single plaque for $35.00 as a Christmas gift in November and just now realized, unfortunately, that they've been charging me $38.77 every month since then under DIGITALCONTENTAPPS 505-6575581 WY. My bank is currently investigating these unathorized charges.

I got the exact same thing as everyone else. Hit with monthly charges of $38 without my consent. They hide a one-time charge somehow as a secret subscription. Unluckily found out I had this for 6 months without knowing.

Unbelievably, this is even possible, it's very scary and makes me not trust online stores any more.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE EVER. They will continue to steal money from your card!!

Got a great gift for my wife! Unfortunately, it seems this company is known for holding onto credit card details and tries to sneak in charges each month under the alias "APPCONTENTDIGITAL". Happened to me too. Truly disheartening.

100% a scam... i made the mistake of ordering from them, item never showed up.... canceled and was told id get a refund, refund never came... ever since that they are charging $38.77USD to my visa every month. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Update: had to change my credit card number. Still no word back from them.

My plaque was nice but they are trying to scam my CC for $38.77! I never authorized this and now I had to report fraudulent activity and close my card. People always say order from made in America companies, but yet I got scammed! I have never been scammed from any company outside of the USA!
If you ordered from here within the last 6 weeks, KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CC OR BANK STATEMENTS/BALANCES!

Don’t spend your money here! The „high end“ acrylic looks like cheap plastic, not well made. The light stand is complete BS. Doesn’t fit the plaque, falls off naturally and you see the complete dirt on the „high end“ acrylic plaque. If at all, just order the pretty expensive plastic plaque or just save your money guys. Nobody useful at customer service either. Horrible experience all over. Item got lost in the mail; they claimed it was my fault, then were not able to give me a voucher /every single time the voucher was not working! An absolute horrible customer experience!
