Incorrect TShirt size
I ordered this custom printed T-shirt for a friend. I know he wears a large size. I received this T-shirt on time and the print is as expected, however, I was very disappointed when he tried to wear and it was so tight. Now I realize I had to select XL here in place of L for it to fit. I wish you see this review and help me replace.

The authorized person of this organization is very cooperative. He patiently tried his best to edit the image and do the needful in accord to my expectations. The print is very good. The whole product is of good quality.

Decent quality
Decent quality sweatshirts. Would appreciate better and more timely communication from the brand/company regarding delivery time.
The contact numbers were continuously busy/unavailable. Email replies were extremely slow. Only after a low rating on Trustpilot did I receive a reply from the brand.

Our courier delivery partner tried to deliver the order at your home, but due to some confusion, you rejected to receive the order, and refused delivery. This created the problem which our team handled, and as per our records your shipment got delivered on 21st Aug, 2022.

Good experience, but product very slightly damaged
Overall good experience ordering online, customising the design and paying for the order. Product was received very slightly damaged — a small part of the printed design was chipped off. Thought about returning the product but decided it was fine.
