Unexpected costs on the client + unreliable shippment
I ordered the jigsaw puzzles with shipping to Italy to make some Christmas gifts, and while I placed a single purchase order, the Print In Pieces site handled the order with two separate shipments, increasing the cost to me as a result.
One package arrived promptly but I had to pay customs charges of an additional £8, while the other took a month to arrive, with storage charges charged to me of around £17.
The product is nice but I do not recommend buying it if you need shipping outside of England as the shipping service is not reliable and the delivery cost is likely to be 50% of the cost of the purchase.

Arrived quickly and very beautifully packaged. My puzzle collection has never looked so pretty. Very happy highly recommend and pretty for gift giving also :)

Great product
The order process was seamless, the despatch and delivery were very swift. The products are beautiful and very enjoyable. Unfortunately one of the puzzle boxes arrived damaged on arrival, but this doesn't affect the quality of the puzzle itself.

So so worth the money 😍
So so worth the money! I’ve been thinking of buying this for months but was wary of the price on a jigsaw.. I wanted this jigsaw to give my eyes a rest from screens in the evening but have never loved the traditional imagery or artwork on jigsaws. The designs from Prints in Pieces however are STUNNING. I finally ordered the Spaghetti Party and it arrived quickly, in beautiful packaging and even a handwritten note which was such a lovely surprise.
This would be perfect as a gift - the puzzles even come in a drawstring bag which elevates it further. Honestly can’t recommend enough! 11/10
