We are a small nonprofit. We use PrintPPS to print our customized donation receipts. We operate on a tight budget, but quality and great service are also important to us. PrintPPS provides us with a quality product at a good price and fast service.

I researched several companies before deciding to work with PrintPPS, and I am so glad I chose them. We needed 200 personalized notebooks for a conference, along with shipping coordination. After placing the order, we found out the notebooks needed to be shipped directly to the conference location ahead of time. The challenge was getting the timing exactly right because we didn’t want them arriving too early and sitting there too long before we arrived.

I reached out to the company multiple times to update both the shipping address and delivery dates, and they handled everything flawlessly. I worked with Staci McCoy, who partnered with Jereme Metzger to make sure everything went smoothly. Jereme coordinated the shipment perfectly, so the notebooks arrived on time but not too early.

This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The notebooks turned out amazing, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with both the product and the service that we are ordering from them again this year without even considering another company.

Although I’m late posting this review (this order was for October 2025), I still felt it was important to share how impressed we were. I’ll be honest, I’m a hard person to please when it comes to service and quality, and PrintPPS absolutely delivered on both. We are truly so happy we found this company.

I needed small conference notebooks for a luncheon with our logo on them and needed them quickly. As I searched the internet, I found Personalized Paper were priced reasonably for such a small quantity and needed them shipped to arrive within 2 weeks. Once I placed my order, Lisa A responded quickly by email and then via phone that they would not get there on time and if I needed to have them by a certain date, expedited shipping would need to be paid.

Lisa was extremely helpful as a Customer Support Manager and got them the day before my meeting which was PERFECT! The notebooks looked great too and I would definitely order them again!

I’ve looked at some of the reviews and I can tell some left a review without giving this company a chance to fix a mistake. Nobody is perfect, we’re all human, but at least give them a chance by letting them know your concern first. We ordered custom rack cards from PrintPPS and ran into a production issue with the first batch. Jereme Metzger responded quickly and professionally. He asked for clarification photos, listened to our concerns (as fellow printers ourselves, we have very high standards), and immediately arranged for a complete reprint. The replacements arrived and they are perfect, exactly matching the approved PDF proof, with vibrant colors, precise alignment, and professional quality.
PrintPPS truly delivered on their Platinum Guarantee. They made it right without hassle, and we appreciate how they turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for custom printing needs.
