So glad we found this printer
So glad we found this printer! We manage a small clothing shop, and keeping track of stock was getting messy. Now, each piece gets labeled right as it arrives. I wasn’t sure how well it would work on fabric tags, but it’s been solid so far, and it’s also easy to switch the text or format without a hassle. It’s super quick, the battery holds up, and honestly, it’s just made life easier for us. Great little machine!

I'm still waiting on my printer
I purchased it on September 9. I have yet to receive my printer. Had I known they would ship with regular mail, I would have never made a purchase. A company that takes pride in making sure that it knows that its product is top-class should at least use FedEx and DHL for shipping services. I'm still waiting on my package, which has been in US customs since Sept 26. Who knows when I'll receive it, and if I do, the printer is in good condition. This company website needs to be shut down.

Wish I had read the reviews before…
Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Printer not good for purpose and now they want 20% restocking fee plus won’t accept the ink back (and returns postage paid by me). Steer clear of this company unless you want to wait a month for something you can’t return or use properly. I shall be taking it further.

The advertising for the hand held…WRONG!
The advertising for the hand held printers did NOT say they were being sold with NO ink. That ink was an additional charge with taxes over $60 for just the ink.
